Earnbank is a recently renovated cottage set on the banks of Loch Earn. With loch access, a wooden jetty. In the village of Lochearnhead with three bedrooms (two double rooms and one bunkbed, a family bathroom, and a spacious open plan kitchen-dining-living space. a pleasant grass area and a recently constructed generous sized decking.

Earnbank Cottage is a beautifully present, comfortable property, with spectacular views over Loch Earn. Very well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the restaurant and bar at the village hotel. Loads of fantastic walking in the area and lovely villages to explore.
Communication from Cooper Cottages was excellent.
The only (small) downside is that the road outside the property is quite busy one at times so may not be ideal if you are travelling with younger children.
Personal decking area and jetty into the loch are a real highlight!

The cottage was ideally located, scenery was breath taking. Cottage had everything you needed, beds etc comfortable.
Our girls really enjoyed the window seat and bunk beds. Plenty of walks and exploring to do.

We had a delightful stay at Earnbank. The ambiance was serene and inviting, making our evenings truly relaxing. The room was spotless with all amenities functioning perfectly. Located conveniently near some great attractions, it added value to our trip. Highly recommended, and we'd love to visit again!

We loved it! The cottage has been well designed and is clean and comfortable. The location is superb and the wake boarding is great. The seal of approval was given by all four of my sons when they asked to come back next year!

We had a lovely stay at Earnbank cottage. The cottage was clean and nicely furnished, and the living area was reasonably spacious. The cottage is just across the road from Loch Earn, and has a private terrace directly overlooking the loch. There is a water sports centre in walking distance from the property, and various nice walks nearby.

We arrived in the Friday night about 6.30, the cottage was very cold. There were no instructions on how to operate the heating. We phoned The number and a last cave around with batteries, the cottage didn’t warm up until the following day which was a shame, there was no control to the heating it was either on or off.
The fire alarm kept going off all day and all night which was very annoying.
The one set of lights kept tripping the electric.
All of these issues were written in the defect book.
However the cottage was very well equipped, very clean, the shower was fantastic. The views are outstanding. The location is very central.
The road is close but not a problem.
Despite the few issues we did have a really lovely Christmas break.

We apologies for the heating issue, which we responded to the same evening, with instructions and a delivery of new batteries to control the HIVE remote thermostat heating system. The system was checked by the cleaners and was found to be in good working order, after suitable temperatures were re-set again. Sorry to hear about the smoke detectors: batteries have all been changed, however, this has not resolved this intermittent fault, so an electrician has been called to resolve it. Sorry about the issues, but really glad to hear that you have a great Christmas break.

The cottage was outstanding with absolutely amazing views. We absolutely loved our stay here. Ideally situated for anyone interested in water sports. Also ideally situated to explore this area of Scotland.

Took my parents for a long weekend stay at Earnbank Cottage. It was a delight. The views from the windows were superb. It probably helped that we got a spectacular weekend weather wise. Cottage was clean and cosy and warm when we needed it to be. Outside space was great. Only down side was that it sat on the main road but this didnt bother us too much. Took our dog with us and had to keep her on a lead even in the back garden - but again no biggie. Overall a lovely peaceful stay and would recommend highly.

Just stayed for a few nights but really pleased, a beautiful cottage in a great location at the edge of the loch. The weather was great so we were able to sit on the deck right on the waters edge for drinks on an evening, what a view!

Earnbank is excellent accommodation. We have stayed there twice now Everything we needed for a week away from home was there. Great location and the deck to sit on for either morning coffee or evening drinks is lovely. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back again.

Lovely cottage and no expense spared on the equipment. Plenty of hot water with a fantastic shower. Pub closed due to COVID so spent every night indoors. 5 adults, toddler and a baby made it very compact but just right for a family of four. Highly recommend this property

Earnbank is special. Almost everywhere in the cottage connects to an incredible view of the lake. It also has a terrace right by the waters edge where you can soak up the beauty. A really wonderful comfortable inspiring place. The only drawback is the noise from the road, but the views compensate!

We had a great stay. Cottage is beautiful, all clean and good quality. Location right on loch is lovely and we were treated to excellent weather which helps!

Cottage is separated from the loch by the road but that wasn’t a problem for our adult group with dogs as the gardens were dog secure.

Pub and hotel just along the road looked nice but we didn’t venture in. Great area for walks and watersports.

Earn bank is perfect for a family holiday. It is furnished to a very high spec and the photos do not do it justice. The location right on the lochside is wonderfully peaceful, right next to a pub and perfect for exploring the area. We stayed a week and could easily have stayed longer. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Beautiful and comfortable interiors. Picture perfect cottage exterior with secure garden. Stunning location nestled in the national park and overlooking beautiful, tranquil loch and direct access to be able to enjoy it. It doesn't get much better than this. We have some stunning memories and I would highly recommend this cottage.
