I've been staying in this apartment over a month. The apartment is located in the middle of town so it's so vey convenient to get in and out with no waste of time. It's very comfortable to stay with all amenities that you need. Beautiful decor. On the downside, you can hear the noise from upstairs squeaky floorboards and tumble dryer during the night. Outside the apartment the bins are constantly being collected on the alley because the apartment is surrounded by restaurants. It can be noisy some nights when drunken people are around so will recommend you to buy ear plug.

I stayed in this apartment with my partner for 28 nights due to a university placement. The apartment has everything you'll need; it is convenient, comfortable and extremly well-equipped. The disadvantages are the spiderwebs and dust that hadn't been cleaned before we moved in, and the fact that it is located in a narrow, small lane witl lots of dustbins. This leads to many flies entering the apartment when you open the windows, and sometimes the sound of glass breaking in the middle of the night when they empty the bins on the street. Apart from that, the location is excelent. It is very near York Minister, you'll probably see it most days when you leave the apartment.
By and large, I recommend this apartment and Stays York; the entire team working there was very kind to us.

I have stayed in this apartment for a month and everything was perfect.
The apartment is in the center of the old town of York, which is beautiful.
Everything in the apartment is clean, new and the people from the agency are very kind.
I will come back for sure!
The only thing that I didn’t like was: uncomfortable pillows and mattress.
