Lovely property everything you need and perfect location to everything. 2 lovely local pubs within 100 yards of each other. Couldn’t ask for more. Check in was easy and will be booking again.

House was lovely and very clean when we arrived. Comfortable beds and living room. Best part was location, a 10 minute walk to most of Yorks best attractions.

Stayed with friends for a University reunion. Lovely house with free on street parking (we didn't need it but great if you're visiting by car) only 10 minutes walk from York railway station and less than 5 minutes to the city centre.

Very clean and spacious & the bathroom particularly is very up to date and large with a separate bath and walk in shower.

There are several stays York houses on the same street (look for Buckingham Terrace) so if you have bigger guest numbers it's worth looking for a few of these together rather than having to find a massive place, which can be expensive and often further out of the city.

This cottage is in a great location and within walk distance of all amenities. It is modern, well equipped and comfortable. There is a small but beautiful garden at the back, great for relaxing and enjoying a drink with friends and family. Highly recommended.

Ideal location for the centre - quiet street but close enough to walk to all the major attractions.
Really lovely house, well equipped, modern and clean.
