I stayed in Cocoa Suite 15 for a month when I moved to York and was looking for a flat. It was wonderfully situated, close to bars, shops and restaurants. It was great to have a proper kitchen so I didn't have to eat out every night and there was a wee desk for me to work from. Small touches like a sensor footlight in the bathroom meant you didn't have to turn the lights on if you needed to get up in the night
The geese outside the waterside windows were fabulous – I loved listening to their honking. I missed the apartment when I left and can recommend it for short or long-stay visits.

This is a lovely apartment just a short walk to town. I would stay here again if I visited york again.

I love the location and the general style of the apartment. However some small things.

The tap was dripping, there was icecream left in the freezer and some washing in the washing machine. Also due miscommunication the owners came into the flat while I was rented out as they thought it was empty.

Beautiful apartment in a peaceful location but only 5 mins walk into town! We had a wonderful week here in York visiting family and all the usual sites and loved this apartment. It was everything we needed and in a beautiful location next to the river foss! Will definitely be coming back to this apartment again in the future as we loved it so much!

Fabulous accommodation - clean, comfortable and well equipped (although the fridge is a little noisy at night). Great location and just a short walk to York city centre. Excellent customer service.

The apartment was clean and in a great location in walking distance from everything. Loved that it looked out onto the river and the little welcome bag of treats was lovely!
