Brand new and located in a quiet and tranquil riverside setting, this first floor, studio apartment has been newly converted to a high specification throughout. This apartment is unique because it is set ion it's own within the tower of the Rowntree Wharf building. It has stunning views of the River Foss and beyond which can be seen through all windows.

It’s a lovely spot and so convenient for the centre.
I was there for 3 months although the very noisy geese in the river lagoon/basin going bonkers 24/7 is waring and you don’t get used to it believe me.

Locate about 10 minutes walk from city centre. Quiet and private.
Convenience as nearby supermarket and shopping area within 5 minutes walk.

Great location and a beautiful view. Stayed for 3 weeks and it was very comfortable with all the necessities one needs.

The apartment was virtually brand new and had everything we required for a lovely stay. It was clean and comfortable and very well furnished and right on the river with a lovely view and only a short walk to the shambles area and bars etc. There was always lots of hot water and shower was great infact we could not fault the apartment at all and next time we stay in York we will definitely stay there again if it is available and we have recommended it to our family and friends.
