151 Kings Chalet Park, Cromer is a very pleasant place to stay for a holiday in North Norfolk. It is well presented, clean and comfortable and in a convenient location for access to the town centre and the beach. We have been coming to Cromer for a holiday every summer for around 30 years now and have usually stayed at Kings Chalet Park. We have lost count of the number of different chalets we have stayed in over the years, but we can honestly say that 151 is one of the better ones. All of the chalets on the site are self-catering so we are well used to bringing our own basic supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, bread etc, then buying food and other essential items locally after we have arrived. One such item is toilet paper because every chalet we have stayed in previously has had a roll already in the bathroom, which we replace when we leave. In view of this we were rather disappointed when we found the toilet roll holder empty. This may well be normal for this particular chalet, but it would have been handy to know this before we arrived. Having said this, it didn't detract from our stay in any way which we thoroughly enjoyed.

What an excellent property for a holiday. Everything we needed was provided. Shower was superb. We have already booked again for next year.

We had a great holiday in this chalet. It was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and overall it had everything you needed to make a lovely stay.



The chalet good value for money & in a lovely spot. We enjoyed the wild life that came to visit.

Stayed on this park before but not in this chalet. Picked this park due to great value, well maintained site. It is a bit of a walk in to town but it's worth it as it's about half the price here than staying more central. Well kept chalet, clean, well stocked with cutlery, dinnerware etc. Some positive s that stand out for me: sofa was good sized and comfy, just what you need after a day out (not so much the 1 seater bucket chair but not an issue for us as only 3 of us), proper sized cups, needs a decent size cuppa on a morning and so many of this type of accomodation have smaller sized cups. Little things but give it the edge. Electric was reasonable, we used about £3 all week. Decent bedding and extra pillows in airing cupboard if needed. Great little chalet which actually has plenty of space

Just returned from Cromer for the 2nd time we loved it that much last year we returned. The chalet is in a perfect location, just a short walk into town with lovely views . The chalet it's self didn't disappoint again , everything you need for self-catering holiday is there . Was lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend.

This chalet is in a great location on the park, the park is really family friendly. On arrival at the chalet all was in order and you would expect. We would look to come back again.

We stayed for a week in July and had a lovely time, helped largely by the fact the weather was amazing. The chalet it's self is in a great location, just a short walk from Cromer and the beach but in striking distance to lots of other amenities. The park is quiet, with lots of green space. The chalet is in a sunny position meaning that you can sit out front and enjoy the sun and there are a couple of deck chairs provided.
The chalet, while basic, has everything we needed for a good stay. It's not huge but suitable for myself and my partner and 4 year old, as we spent a lot of time at the local attractions/beach enjoying the weather, I think if we'd intended to spend a lot of time in the chalet it might have been a bit too snug,
All in all we had a great stay.

Cleanliness was let down by the fact that the fridge had obviously only been wiped . It was dirty under the door boxes
The chalet was bright and airy and the site was an oasis of peace, situated very conveniently near the cliff top walk and a short walk from town.

ideal chalet for our needs and the location is to our liking. on our entry to the chalet we were very pleased with the cleanliness and how spacious it is. The only problem we had was when using the keyholder i found the box so low down and sometimes the buttons would not push in and with my osteoarthritis my wife had to help me get up again, I just think the box should be placed at a more eye-level.

Excellent time at the Chalet Park, ideal location for getting in to town and to the beach. Friendly people staying on our field, Very quiet at night and just a lovely all round feel to the place.

We are a family of 6 who stayed in 3 chalets at the park from the 11th of July. My parents who are in their 70s stayed in 151.
The chalet is in a great sunny and quiet position which was perfect for them.
The chalet was well equipped and has a very comfortable sofa! Bed linen was provided which was useful.
We would definitely re-book.
