This detached bungalow is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in West Runton, close to the Links Country Park Hotel and Golf Club. Set within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this bungalow is just the place in which to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the stunning North Norfolk coastline, and don't forget your pampered pooch can come too and enjoy the wonderful walks accessible from the back garden gate!

Our second visit & we have booked for next year.

Good sized bungalow with a fully equipped kitchen. Good location for East & West Runton beaches and only a few minutes drive to Cromer & Sheringham.

Our dog loves the secure back garden.

Only negative is that cleanliness was not to last year's standard

Our first time staying at this property and we will definitely be going again. Met all our needs and my puppy was safe in the garden which was of huge importance. A very enjoyable holiday for all my family.

Nice Bungalow, Clean comfy for stay in Norfolk. Main problem is no WIFI and mobile signal is not always good enough to use mobile phone for internet connection.

Very comfortable and relaxing .
Noticed since our last visit it was quite dusty and not as clean as previously.
The china is all mix and match and the cups were very tea stained. Needs a complete overhaul in the kitchen cupboards.

Glad to see the improvements at no 7 since our last stay in 2019. New bedding and flooring cooker and washer a few rugs would help as was very slippy for our elderly dog! The shower was its downfall black mould on the sealant all around the base and up the sides as it was the same last time I took my HG mould cleaner and used till the majority of the mould had gone its not expensive perhaps it would be good if the cleaners used it! The only other suggestion would be skytv/ wifi for those rainy days or very hot ones as in our case. All said we enjoyed our stay the garden was great for our dog and sitting out.

Bungalow was spotless with vinyl flooring throughout.Made it so dog friendly..Enclosed garden dog safe with access to footpath behind the property.
Shop within 7 minute walk
Eating and drinking places within a reasonable distance
Very quiet and peaceful

This was the second time we stayed in this delightful property. It was very comfortable, spacious and dog friendly. We found plenty of things to do, including visiting Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary twice and some lovely walks. We walked up Incleborough Hill to admire the view and enjoyed a walk from West Runton to Cromer and back along the beach.

Would recommend this bungalow to anyone, it’s just home from home. We will be returning next year. The owner was so nice and helpful. Garden was beautiful, leading out to golf course and Hole in One bar and Restaurant. Village very close and lovely walk to beach. We had great break with our little dog. No negatives at all.

We enjoyed our long awaited break at 7 Links Way in Norfolk immensely. the location was excellent with local walks and places of interest straight outside the door.
The bungalow was spotless and the owners were welcoming and eager to please. The garden was fully enclosed and well maintained ideal for our chocolate Labrador. The local beach was a short distance away and dog friendly if they were kept on a lead. We are hoping to return next year as it’s fully booked all of this year.

Warm comfortable bungalow..Lovely private garden.Excellent location for train and buses.The tv was a bit of a faff and needs upgrading. The only way we could get it on was to sit in a certain position!.

Perfect for walking the Hills and the Coast. Parking at the property is very good and the location of the Bungalow is Ideal for visiting all local places of interest.

A nice clean property in a lovely peaceful location
Handy for the beach with cheap parking a good pub and tea room
It was lucky that the weather was good so we cold eat out in the gardens not a great choice of food but at least it was open.
We come every year to west Runton and usually get some good weather in September
And the walking is good especially the coastal path.
Looking forward to next year.



A lovely relaxing family holiday in an ideal location. Amazing walks straight from the doorstep :)

The bungalow was really spacious and comfortable and lovely garden. Amazing walks from the front and back of the property to beach and ancient woodlands. Brilliant for families and our dog loved it too. Would definately stay again and reccomend.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. We were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and one dog. We had a couple of minor problems on arrival, but these were dealt with very swiftly. We visited many of the North Norfolk beaches and enjoyed watching a seal from Cley beach. We adopted two alpacas from the Hillside Animal Sanctuary, which is just round the corner from the bungalow. We can recommend The Two Lifeboats at Sheringham, where we had a very filling and delicious meal.

This bungalow was very disappointingly in need of an update. The cooker was over fifty years old and dangerous (even tho it's PAP tested), young people would struggle with the temperature settings and the floor level doors. The fridge wouldn't take a supermarket shop and too low, also old.
