House is very nice and equipped well.
Nice layout with the living areas up high to elevate the lovely view.
Only down fall is the toilet being on the ground floor, especially if you are sleeping up on the 2nd floor.

Having lost my father quite suddenly and buried him the day before we came to Thistledown, it was the perfect escape to rest, reflect and remember.
My dad would have loved it! My mum did love it!
The spa was tranquil and the therapists were very compassionate. They were very accommodating when we had to change our treatment dates because we were arriving a day late.
The little extras of tea and biscuits, toiletries and logs for the fire were so appreciated.
We wish the circumstances had been different. However, we felt so looked after through email and telephone communication and face to face when we arrived. Thank you x

Not complaints because we were so happy but just nit picking to make it excellent!
Cobwebs towards ceiling in bathroom
Marked dining table easily overcome by us throwing a table cloth, that we had brought, over it.
Very squeaky bed on top floor = disturbed sleep for 2 of us. Not what we needed. Had to decant to sofa bed.
