Mayfly Lodge is an immaculately presented, New England-style, terraced holiday home overlooking beautiful lakes and stunning gardens at the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. The fishing opportunities from Mayfly Lodge are fantastic with three lakes to choose from, and Isis Lake just beyond the terrace. You also have a huge range of activities right on the doorstep, including tennis, kayaking, paddleboarding, walking, birdwatching and open water swimming or simply relax at the nearby spa. The lodge has a stunning, open plan living area, leading to a private sundeck overlooking Isis Lake. This pretty, terraced lodge sleeps six guests across three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

Lovely weekend catching up with friends. Nice property. Cosy. Great view over the lake..............

The Cotswold Water Park was really lovely, - beautifully maintained and very peaceful. Unfortunately the lodges (which seem to be individually owned, ) varied in the quality of their maintenance).
Mayfly Lodge looked a bit tired ( end of season?) There was less crockery, glasses etc than needed - especially for 6 - and the quality of the bedding and towels was not what I would have expected.
We enjoyed our holiday, loved the lakes and the views, and the ducks at our gate were a delight.

We had a lovely weekend stay and the lodge is lovely whatever the weather. Nicely decorated, well provisioned, lovely views - we even saw a heron on the lake and all in all a very nice time.

Spent a wonderful 2 nights at Mayfly Lodge. The location and setting are amazing and the Lodge is gorgeous. Wonderful little touches make the difference and I would definitely stay again. Just loved it.

We had a really lovely stay in Mayfly lodge. The cottage is really well equipped with lots of little extras which made life a lot easier. It was exceptionally clean and and a lovely warm feel to it. The location was superb with water sports facilities just round the corner. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Would definitely return.

A lovely, comfortable house with a wonderful outlook.
Very well equipped with an attractive interior and most comfortable seating. Also beautifully light. A home away from home.
Had a lovely decking area to enjoy the lake wildlife and fountain.

Great property for a weekend away to take part in the #51Fiver Tri. Clean, perfect location and lots of activities to do. Highly recommend.

Although the stay was excellent, we were greeted with a very rough welcome. We were early and was told that in no uncertain terms. We was Only making sure we knew where to go and when this has happened at other properties we were welcomed with open arms and asked if we could go and come back and was pointed to a cafe or lunch spot. This did not happened and we felt very unwelcome
