A stunning 6 bedroom villa with great views, infinity pool, roof terrace (with hot-tub and bar), pool table, gym and table tennis. Just a 12-15 minute walk from central Kalkan.

10 of us with differing ages. First family holiday for a long time. Villa offered everything we needed. Lovely pool, lots of shade, lots of different areas to sit. Pool, table tennis, hot tub was very popular. Magnificent views. 20 min walk into town which was very doable. Very cheap taxi drive back. David was also incredibly helpful. Everyone said one of their best holidays ever.

Could not fault the location and size of the villa. The swimming pool and Al-fresco dining was fantastic. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the time spent in there. The views are extraordinary and wonderful. The kitchen was very well equipped however, there was no tray or such to use in order to transport items outside for e.g when dining.

Our representative Zal was fantastic and it was a pleasure to meet her and chat with her. She was very professional, courteous, polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Zal and was simply a message or call away. The VIP card was a really nice touch and certainly went a long way. I liked that a lot.

The villa itself although very nice and stunning, the inside was very basic for e.g no coffee making machines, WiFi signal was weak especially when on the top floor or lower basement floor. No TV's in bedrooms. The main master bathroom could do with being updated as it looked a little tired with rust spots in various places. There were a lot of fixtures and fittings that were either broken or missing in which we had reported to our representative Zal the same day. However, no-one came to resolve any of these throughout or stay (7 days). See list below;

The toilet seat in the downstairs WC was loose
Door handle on one of the patio doors simply came off in the hand
There was a spanner jammed into the kitchen tap for some reason
2 air con remotes had batteries missing. Having to use other remotes to control a few at a time.
Hot water ran out very quickly. We figured only 2 people at 1 time can only shower which was very disappointing especially for a family of 7 people not being able to use the shower at will and having to organise and co-ordinate shower time.
The sliding door for the toilet and shower in the master bedroom was very stiff and would not close which as a result we had to leave the door open when using the loo (not pleasant and quite embarrassing at best) we simply do not roll like that. on quite a few occasions we would leave the room to allow one another to use the loo.
On the same door, the door handle on the inner side was missing.

I must admit I am disappointed with above as I feel the money I paid for the villa did not justify with the above and felt that myself and my family could have really enjoyed our stay to the utmost and would have truly been a 5 star experience if the above issues were non-existent.

All in all, it was a lovely place to stay, my family and I enjoyed out stay at the villa in Kalkan bar the above mentioned disappointments and and would certainly recommend and return again if the above issues are resolved.

Since this review was left, this villa has changed ownership and a new management team is in place to take care of any maintenance issues. All of the above-mentioned problems have been addressed and recent guests have had a much more positive experience (see review June 2022).

On arrival into Kalkan was told to call 20mins before however when calling was told there was a key safe. This was a little disorientating especially when arriving in the night with limited English speaking. The villa is lovely, very clean with all your needs catered for. Just like the photos! Most of the flights in Turkey are late flights and therefore we asked for a later checkout. Very disappointed that nothing could be arranged previous to our stay and even then it would have had to be a hotel room locally (again, couldnt be arranged until we got there, which is not helpful or reassuring). We ended up renting our own hotel room so we guaranteed we were there for an additional cost. On exit from the property (before checkout time, I add) as we opened the front door the cleaners burst in to start their job, again, not very customer focused and felt we were being rushed out.
