We have been coming to the Cotswolds for some years now were 2 families stay in no 5 and 6 Sheep St, two lovely Cotswolds cottages, each very nicely furnished through out, and great location in the CC, highly recommended. Hosts were great to deal with very responsive.

Our second stay at Nr 6 and it feels like a home from home. Lovely clean and cosy cottage, ideally placed in the center of Chipping Campden. And the added bonus of private parking! We've used Honeypot Cottages before and it never disappoints.

This was a delightful cottage in a very convenient location. It was very well equipped and very clean. It was so handy to walk into the village with plenty of dog walks from the front door.
My only suggestion is to include the fact that the courtyard has two gates which provide access for the neighbours one of which is the only way out from a flat. We have two dogs so couldn’t leave them in the courtyard as although we were only there two nights both gates were left open on two occasions and the main road is very busy with traffic that travel fast. It is a safety issue and needs to be written into the original advert details for the property so it is very clear. We managed but I wouldn’t have booked the property for the safety of my dogs if these details had been in the original information

We have been coming to this cottage for many years. We have always thoroughly enjoyed our time here in Chipping Campden. We believe itt is one of the best places to base yourself whilst in the Cotswolds. The high street offers many varied eateries and pubs therefore needing to avoid driving somewhere for dinner. The cottage itself is a typical Cotswold cottage - and it provides parking which is a real asset in busy times. It is a very quaint cottage, clean and well equipped, quite generous in terms of living space in the downstairs area, however the bedrooms are not for people who are not nimble - the positioning of the beds leaves very little room to move around making entry and exit difficult for the person nearest the window. I do think the mattress in the second room needs to be replaced, it's very springy and appears to be worn out! And the downstairs, living room area, could do with a coat of paint. The bathroom is small yet adequate and the shower is wonderful. We appreciated finding milk in the refrigerator and the bottle of wine kindly provided. Communication with the hosts was outstanding. They were so very helpful. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Number Six was very comfortable. Room enough for 3-4 people. Kitchen was outstanding. Bedrooms were big enough. Bathroom in good working condition.
We would definitely rent again in the future!

Number 6 Sheep Street is in a fantastic location. Literally a stone’s throw from the beer garden of a lovely 16th Century pub,The Red Lion which serves great food and has a wonderful atmosphere. All pubs / eating places are dog friendly which was great as we had our Shih Tzu with us for the week. Lovely village with everything on your doorstep and the cottage is within walking distance of lots of places to eat & drink as well as a couple of small shops where you can buy your essentials. I would recommend Michael’s Bistro and The Italian restaurant plus Huxley’s was lovely for breakfast. While we were there places tended to open for food from noon until around 3pm then close for a break until reopening around 5pm but you would need to check. All the pubs were welcoming and had great a traditional feel to them, good food served in most plus lots of different drinks on offer. The cottage itself was fine for the two of us plus our small dog but I’m not sure I’d choose it for larger parties. Space was tight in places in both bedrooms, for instance no wardrobes for hanging clothes just a rack on the wall in each room. The bathroom only has a shower and no bath so you need to be aware of this if you like to bathe. Kitchen is very small and although it has a washing machine, there is no dishwasher with no space for storing food items bought.
All in all we had a good week away and used the cottage as a base to visit all the surrounding villages and places of interest of which there are plenty.

I recently traveled from Dubai with work and decided on an AirBnb over a hotel and specifically a place in the heart of the countryside. This was a perfect location immediately of the high street of Chipping Campden with all restaurants/pubs/cafes within a stones throw. This cottage also has its own parking space which is amazing. The cottage itself was clean, cosy and had everything we needed including a baby cot, stairgate and highchair. Contact throughout booking and stay with Honeypot cottages was perfect. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we will be back and I highly recommend HoneyPot cottages, really happy with everything during the booking process and stay.

Beautiful clean cottage with all the mod cons. Very well placed in the centre of Chipping Campden with off road parking.
We'd love to stay there again next year!

Had a great stay in the cottage. Chipping Campden is a lovely town and the cottage is in a perfect location. The only downside is the cottage has no storage space for unpacking luggage. The bedrooms could be doing with a chest of drawers instead of a dressing table. The cottage was well equipped with milk and a lovely bottle of wine of arrival.

We found this to be a small but comfortable cottage, located just off the main high street in Chipping Campden. We have always found the management company very helpful. The description is very fair, although the listing states there is a dishwasher which either isn't there or is hiding somewhere! The kitchen could have been better equipped in terms of utensils - in particular oven gloves, baking trays and a tin opener, the lack of which caused us a few last-minute cooking problems. Having said that, we would definitely consider staying there again.
