We found this to be the perfect getaway especially over the winter months. Log fires to keep out the winter chill.
Our two dogs also very happy with the facilities, loved the countryside walks.
Many thanks to Mandy and the team for a warm welcome. We will be back.
After first attending in October 2017 for a surprise 50th birthday getaway, we were so blown away with the amazing location and quality of the cottages, we decided to book again for New Years.
19 of us returned on the 30th December for 3 days and stayed in the Old Farmhouse, Hob Nob, Honey Pot and Blackberry Barn. On first arrival we were blown away by the Christmas decorations on site and in each cottage, with nice touches included a bottle of Champagne and table decorations for a New Year Dinner.
We have a visit from Mandy and her husband to make sure we had settled in okay and to wi...more
This is our second stay at Old Lanwarnick Cottages. We previously stayed in the Spice Barn for two. This time was staying in the Hob Nob cottage for six.

We had a 4 month puppy with us, they provided a crate, bowls, treats, towel and throws.
The only slight downside is the situation, you have to drive down narrow lanes to get to the property, but it adds to the whole peaceful an...more
We wanted a place to chill out where we could wake up each day to a small adventure. The location was perfect, in the middle of nowhere yet only 15-20 mins to some lovely seaside towns or beach walks. The property itself is stunning with lots on on site facilities.
We booked this with Mandy last minute. She could not have been more helpful. We were already in another property which had disappointed (NOT an Old Lanwarnick Cottage). This change to Old Lanwarnick was like chalk and cheese - total luxury. All the mod cons and a bed to die for. The kitchen had everything you have at home and possibly more. A bathroom with wet room style shower and jacuzzi style bath. What a view across the wooded valley to the pastures beyond (even from our lower position). We had our own small walled courtyard with garden furniture and gas BBQ. Take a walk down through...more
