We stayed as a family for a long weekend. Six adults and 2 young children and it just so happened to be mothers day on the Sunday. The house is lovely and easily accommodated us all. It has all the equipment etc you could need. Even the hot tub was used by some on a very windy evening. It is near to the centre of the beautiful Kirkby Lonsdale with excellent places to eat. A good time was had by all.

Love the house and the amenities it offers for a group of 8. Fab location for walking and plenty of space to all relax. House was spotless on arrival and a lovely welcome pack. My only downside would be I would like better facilities such as tv in bedroom and Netflix etc. Happy with cost in 2023 however have looked to book again next year and the cost is almost double so Will unfortunately be looking at other places for our 2024 visit.

We had a very comfortable stay and were impressed with the high standard of the accommodation. The kitchen was very well equipped making cooking for group of us much easier than in some other properties we’ve stayed in. It was warm and comfortable. Large public rooms which meant we all had space to relax. Very close to the lovely town centre. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

This property is beautifully appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our ages ranged from 8 - 75 and there was something for everyone both in the house and in Kirkby Lonsdale. This is our third stay and it won't be our last.

We’ve stayed here as a group of friends a few times now and each time we’ve been really pleased. The house is a great size with plenty of downstairs space. All bedrooms are good sizes and with 3 en suite plus bathroom it means we can have a bathroom each.
It’s extremely clean and a nice touch that robes & slippers are provided for the hot tub.
The location is great. Perfect for a stroll into town or a longer walk around the area.
Prices for next year seem to have shot up but I would like to think we will book again before too long if we can find a deal or offer!

We must come back soon. This is such a quaint location and property which could never fail to satisfy. High quality accommodation blessed by a wonderful location with all the facilities and amenities at hand within a 2 min walk.
Good team looks after you in the unlikely event of a problem or query. You are in good hands.
Great place for the family and extended family to enjoy.
This was a special occasion for us and Stephen made sure we got all we needed.

I have stayed in lots of holiday houses but these are always my favourite. So comfortable, well maintained clean and accessible. We travelled as two couples, two small children, a baby and 2 dogs and our house met all our needs. I love how close it is to the town which often easy isn't easy to get with such a nice large house. The back garden is very secure and the kids loved playing in the hottub. This is my third visit here and cant see me ever not returning. Huge thank you to the hosts once again as it continued to provide a wonderful holiday experience.

We have stayed in Ingleborough House many times and have already booked again for next year.
Excellent location and house has all your home comforts. Whilst we were there we had an issue with the hot tub however after contacting Mill Cottages the issue was rectified within a few hours. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

We booked both cottages for a family weekend away. 12 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 babies and a dog. The properties are very nice, spacious and modern. Bedrooms all lovely with an en-suite or bathroom each. Owners very helpful. Short walk into the village which has lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.

The house is impressive and perfect for families and groups of friends, its in a perfect location for exploring the lakes and is walking distance into the village with its great choice of bars and restaurants. The house is spacious, well thought out and really well equipped, the hot tub is bonus. The bedrooms are gorgeous with the most comfortable beds with quality bed linen and all the bathrooms have a very high quality finish. There are no reasons NOT to recommend Ingleborough House and we will definitely be back. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an excellent long weekend. 5 adults and 3 children. The house is well equipped and comfortable but spacious enough for us all. The hot tub was excellent, quite enclosed and private. Thanks for a great stay!

We could not recommend Ingleborough House highly enough. Beautiful decor spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need - and more. Excellent location just a short stroll from everything Kirkby Lonsdale has to offer - lovely independent shops bars restaurants traditional pubs etc - all with the gorgeous backdrop of the fells. Ingleborough House is really comfortable and very spacious. The hot tub is an added bonus! We will be back !

Prior to our stay at Ingleborough house we received excellent instructions on getting to the house and how to gain access. The house was warm and welcoming, it was spotlessly clean, it was well equipped with everything you could possibly need and a lovely thoughtful gift pack for us including some lovely mince pies, appreciated with a lovely coffee after our journey there. There were eight of us in our party and we all loved it and some are looking to stay again.

Ingleborough is a fantastic house for a luxury holiday and can highly recommend it. Beds are extremely comfortable and bedrooms v spacious. Hot tub is an added bonus. Excellent location with variety of restaurants and pubs with a few minutes walk.

We had a short break prior to the mad Christmas period, and this was the perfect place for our little family of three (but the house would accommodate up to eight). Our 17 month old son had plenty of space to practice his walking skills, and we felt completely relaxed in the knowledge that it was a safe and clean, and beautifully appointed house. Really well located for the town- we had a great walk along the river and up the ‘Radical steps’ to Ruskin’s View- stunning. And, a superb lunch in the Sun Inn. All round, excellent. We will return.

We had an amazing stay at Ingleborough House. It is the best self catering property we have ever visited. We were a party of 8 and the generous space of the house meant that we had lots of room both in the large bedrooms and also in the social areas downstairs. Having the use of the hot tub was just fantastic. It only took a few minutes to walk into the centre of Kirkby Lonsdale and we were able to securely park our cars on the drive at Ingleborough House. Everywhere was immaculately clean and well organised. We certainly recommend to others

We loved this property, everything done to a high standard. Very comfy and clean, great guest basket on arrival.
Our only tiny criticism would be there was no blind over one of the windows in one ensuite. Which may not have been too bad, had that roomed not looked over Booths carpark.

We had the most fantastic stay at Ingleborough House. It was perfect from the moment we checked in till we left. So luxurious, the house has been designed beautifully and the attention to detail was spot on. From the restaurant recommendations in the information file to the plastic glasses for the hot tub. The beds are so comfortable, we were so relaxed and chilled. The kids loved the hot tub and playing cards around the dining table in the evening.
Great location for wandering around Kirby Lonsdale and we also enjoyed our trips to Bowness and Windermere.
