Another enjoyable stay and location is perfect. We’ve stayed in accommodation on a number of occasions over the years and enjoyed every visit. Sadly we were sorry to learn it will be our last visit due to both properties being put up for sale.

No heating when we arrived but after contacting Helen she sent someone out to help. Apparently the house had been empty that week and nobody had come to turn the thermostat up. One of the showers was not working properly. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken. Just little things but should have been fixed.

This was the third time staying at this beautiful house and it was amazing again. Clean and comfortable providing everything you would need for your stay.Very comfortable beds luxury en_suites and bathroom. Wold highly recommended this house to anyone as it's absolutely 5 star luxury.

This is the the third time we have stayed here, it’s a beautiful house set in a great location just a short stroll from the village. With three big bedrooms and a nice sized twin it’s perfect for family breaks. We stayed for my 65th birthday and brought my both my daughters and their families and my Sister and brother-in-law. Theres a lovely open kitchen diner which is great for meal times, and a great sized living room. There’s plenty of room for parking and a nice private driveway for the two properties. There’s only a few minor things we would suggest changing. In the bedroom that has the door facing the garden there needs to be a proper black out blind. My daughter was woken by the sun each morning around 5.30am with the kids which wasn’t ideal. There also needs to be more lighting in the dining area above the table in the kitchen. There’s two side lamps and a light hanging over the table but they are very dim. When it’s darker in the evening you really need more light. The only other thing I’d say is we’ve requested an extra cot each stay and each time there’s only been one. It’s been sorted in the end but it would be nice if we didn’t need to chase to get one. All in all it’s a beautiful house and well equipped with everything you need. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future if the price comes down but for now it’s a little too expensive. It’s tripled in price since our first stay only a few years ago.

We stayed with family from 3rd to 6th March 2023. Really impressed with the property, location and accommodation. All in brand new condition and well looked after. Plenty of attention to detail. Proactive care from the team made sure we had all and more than we needed. The facilities in the accommodation are top class and kept in good condition.
The location is simply fabulous! 2 mins from bars, restaurants and shops. Everything you need is at hand. The area is so picturesque walks are excellent.
I feel sure we will be back.

Beautifully proportioned and decorated property set in quiet location very close to the centre of town. Plenty of space for our party of six, very well and thoughtfully equipped, will not hesitate to return and will certainly recommend highly to others.

We booked both cottages for a family weekend away. 12 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 babies and a dog. The properties are very nice, spacious and modern. Bedrooms all lovely with an en-suite or bathroom each. Owners very helpful. Short walk into the village which has lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.
