The Lodge is filled with light and is spacious and comfortable. The sauna and outdoor bath/shower are a lovely addition and we enjoyed using them after days out exploring.

There are plenty of nice places to visit locally. We particularly enjoyed WWT Slimbridge as a family. There is also a local farm shop and supermarkets close by.

We would recommend the Lodge as a comfortable base to anyone wanting to explore the Cotswolds.

Well spec'ed accommodation. Nice real fire, kitchen area nice but no microwave or extractor above the hob. No washer/drier. Lounge area very nice. Seperate 'bedroom' okay but second bedroom has little privacy as it is an open space between the main bedroom and bathroom separated by a curtain - not suitable for a couple: it has no window, only a non-opening skylight. Access to property is a tight turn from a single track road and then over rough ground to the lodge. You are also opposite a circus' HQ based on a farm.

The listing does not state that a washer/drier or microwave is provided and therefore these appliances should not be expected. The listing does confirm how the bedrooms can be separated; it appears this information may have been overlooked. We do hope that overall, you enjoyed your time exploring the Cotswolds!

The lodge was a stunning place to stay for a group of friends. It had all the amenities we needed and the fireplace was a treat for a cosy weekend. The location was a central spot, easy to drive to many of the Cotswold villages. Will return for another weekend!

The place was beautiful open and airy hot tub and Sauna made it stand out from others,
host was responsive and went the extra mile to make stay special.

We loved our stay at The Lodge. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and new. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you would need for cooking etc.
Juliet was very friendly and helpful. She responded quickly if you had a question.
We would definitely stay there again.

This property is just lovely. Everything was clean and felt new. The open plan living area is bright and airy but also comfortable.
The kitchen area has everything needed. (No microwave)
Bedroom and dressing area lovely and comfortable. Great shower
Outside space with bath and sauna was lovely.
Garden area private and relaxing.
Private parking (just beware that if you have a large vehicle it’s quite tight getting through the gate)
We requested an iron during our stay and the owner responded quickly and brought us one.
A lovely place
Felt luxurious, modern and a great place to spend a few days.
Within easy access of lots of other nice places. We had a day out in Bath, Bourton on the Water, Slimbridge wetland centre etc
Stroud farmers market on a Saturday was really good too.
