Open plan living space: With beams.
Living area: With Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player.
Dining area.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave and fridge.
Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With single bed and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.

An absolute little gem of a place. Unfortunately we could only stay 1 night due to prior bookings. We loved it as soon as we arrived. Tastefully furnished and decorated. Quiet and peaceful location. We didn't want to leave. The only (very small) criticism is that due to the hot weather, it would of been nice if there was a freestanding fan available. We will be booking again in the near future.

Lisa the host was fantastic, swimming pool was great for a dip once you got in. Parking was good. Quiet village with two quality pubs and store for meals and provisions. Good access to main roads and local busses during the day. The cottages were ideal for our family stay in Devon. Good signposted countryside trails to the coast and inland Totnes (6 miles) via Berry Pomeroy Castle.

Wonderful place. Spotless clean. Owners very friendly and helpful. I left an expensive bag in the room and they even posted back to my adress. Exceptional. Would definitely recommend. 5 star.

Jasmine Cottage was perfect for 3 of us and our dog at Christmas & New Year. Private bathrooms for both the double room and single room was a real benefit. Greeted by both illuminated reindeer outside and a fully decorated 6ft Christmas tree in the lounge area really made it feel special. The cottage was very clean and warm with a fully equipped kitchen, without the need for anything else. There was excellent storage space for clothes in both bedrooms and enough empty storage in the kitchen for food supplies. The WI-FI was fine throughout the cottage with both smart TV and Netflix on a laptop coping easily with the speed. The cottage complex as a whole was well looked after and would be excellent in the summer months for outdoor eating. Jasmine Cottage has a small wall/fenced area, which was great for the dog to get out under some control. The location is great for Paignton, Torquay and Totnes with easy walking to 2 pubs and short drives to shops and major supermarkets. A real find in Marldon. A 4 score for condition was just down to a few minor items and nothing close to stop us making another booking.

It was a very easy cottage to keep tidy and clean.The outside area very well maintained and pretty.I loved the decor.We did drive passed the entrance a couple of times.So feel the entrance could have been clearer.I understand why there was no information left on how to use the infored hob and the symbols on the oven as it would have been useful. Also I could have done with another saucepan as I did cook in some days

Stayed at Jasmine cottage for 5 days in November - lovely cottage with surprising amount of space. Very clean with all the essentials (dishwasher!) for a pleasant stay. Spotlessly clean, great shower and tastefully decorated.

What an excellent lovely cottage situated in a small quiet village which is around 10 mins away from Paignton and Torquay. Jasmine cottage is exceptionally clean and is equipped with everything to really make it a home from home stay. Last but not least the owners were brilliant in their answering our every quiry and we're very pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Decor is lovely. It is apparent from the website pictures but there is little space at either side of the double bed.
