Dottys hut was so magical and peaceful, On New Year’s Eve sitting in the hot tub, with the radio playing and drinks in our hand, with a clear sky, then at midnight looking over to wales watching the fireworks. WHAT A WAY TO START THE NEW YEAR

Lovely roundhouses located in a great spot to explore the beaches of Bude and the surrounding areas. Naomi is very helpful but not intrusive. We came away relaxed and refreshed. It was a great weekend.
We were delighted with our stay at the Old Hay Barn. The cottage was as lovely as it looked in the pictures and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and it had an excellent shower in the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for exploring that part of Cornwall. The price of our stay was also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend it and book through Luxury Coastal again

Myself, husband and our 2 children stayed in Hazel Lodge for a week over the February Half Term. The whole break from start to finish was amazing! We received an excellent and informative information pack prior to our arrival which was very useful and were blown away when we arrived after a 5 hour journey - the lodge was simply stunning. Spotlessly clean in every room, lovely scent and the lodge was nicely heated for us which was lovely. There is plenty of storage for clothes and accessories. Me and my friends stayed here for the New Year's period and it was perfect. Sunrise was perfectly located in the village and gave us all we needed for our stay. I'd definitely look to booking here again.
Where do I even begin. The property itself is stunning. Lovely welcome basket with treats. All the rooms had towels, fresh bedding and a hairdryer. They literally thought of everything. The kitchen had everything you needed including a coffee machine and dishwasher. The open space upstairs has a built in sound system which made our weekend as we were playing music the whole time. The house was very clean. The hot tub and sauna were all ready for us. We all literally had the best stay and couldn’t fault a thing. Great location also. Would highly recommend this house. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay, lodge was beautiful with excellent facilities. The hot tub was fabulous after long days walking. Would be good to have the patio area secure as it's dog friendly especially for summer months when you'd spend more time outside. The site was quiet and immaculately clean, dog wash area was very useful and we loved the gym. All in all a locely place to spend a holiday, we will be back.

Myself, partner and dog had a wonderful weekend stay. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine and some biscuits on the island, milk in fridge and water by the beds (love the little things). The lodge was just gorgeous, super clean. Extra towels for hot tub. Enclosed area for our dog & wasn’t overlooked by other lodges. Bed was comfortable. Great amenities. 100% will be returning. We booked Blackmore Lodge for a long weekend and it exceeded our expectations. The lodge was spacious and modern with everything we needed . A Beautiful peaceful setting - we loved the ducks and birds right by our lodge and the lambs in the next field. The hot tub was used non stop and the robes and towels provided came in very handy. It's rare to find somewhere this modern with a hot tub that is pet friendly at a decent price but this place was perfect. A dog bed and treat bags on arrival . The dogs loved it as much as we did. We really enjoyed our stay at The Hayloft. The facilities were perfect, we ate in for most of our stay, the kitchen has everything you need. The weather wasn’t brilliant so did spend time in the Hayloft watching the animals, the ducks waddling by. Thank you for a lovely stay.
I stayed in the cottage with my teenage daughters during half term and we were absolutely loved the cottage and Mousehole. Everything about it, inside and out was spot on. The cottage was immaculate, very, very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and just had all the little touches - coffee pods, all cleaning equipment, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, soap in the bathrooms, loo rolls (have stayed in a few places where there's absolutely nothing) even a pint of milk and biscuits. This was a great place to stay. It was clean, location was great and everything as was stated on the listing. Luxury Coastal were always on hand if i had any questions. I have booked through Luxury Coastal before and would most definitely again. The only thing and this is very small, non plastic cutlery would have been great.
Comfortable 3 bed home close to the beach and with ocean views. Conveniently located and well appointed. We stayed for 3 months here and loved it. Owner is super helpful and will ensure you have a great stay. Could not recommend it more highly.

just amazing the whole place has a relaxing feeling about it with the pine smell everywhere. The hot tub was just great with glass roof too. Sarah was lovely and provided everything we needed from milk to coffee tea and prosecco. All utensils are there even foil and cling film. She checked once a day on hot tub but apart from that left us to it. Will definitely return.
We previously stayed in this apartment several years ago and since then it has been beautifully refurbished with new double- glazed doors and windows, quality bathrooms, carpets and complementary colour-coded facelifts of some original furnishings. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 3 story building with great views of Watergate Bay. It is however only accessible via a single staircase, as are the other upper floors apartments and as there is no lift, is only suitable for tenants without any significant mobility issues. We stayed here for my partners' 50th birthday very last minute. We were actually stunned when we arrived as the lodge was perfect, immaculately clean, well stocked with everything you would need, even down to the little extras such as ; foil, cling film, washing up liquid, fresh milk, coffee pods for coffee machine, a bottle of bubbly and some luxury biscuits. We arrived, everything was so clean. We had everything we could have needed to cook with, all the facilities were great. The bed was dangerously comfortable! Honestly could have slept in it all day! Loved the views around the area and there was plenty to do. Will definitely be staying again and hopefully bring friends and family to stay in the other lodges as well!
What a great place to stay we loved it .. the owner has thought of every tiny thing , felt like home from home . We had a fantastic weekend at Apple Blossom shepherd's hut. Such a peaceful location with views of a brook and sheep fields on the hill opposite. The hut itself was so cosy, and well provisioned will all amenities provided, as well as a suprise of fresh bread and brownies from a local farm shop. We were a group of 5 staying at the Cow Shed and we were all so impressed. It is a high spec stunningly beautiful home that was really comfortable with all needs catered for. We were made to feel welcome by the lovely hosts and they were on hand when needed. The house has lovely personal touches and decor, a real home from home. I would highly recommend. We are thinking of returning in the summer.

The property was in a good location and very modern and clean. Facilities were good , would highly recommend. The only niggle is that it would be a good idea to have a door knob on the front door to make it easier to close, but that is a very minor niggle.

I could quite happily have made the lodge we stayed in my home. It was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Definitely luxurious. The grounds surrounding the lodges was beautifully layed out with some interesting features like the duck pond and lovely planting. I had arranged for a floral delivery before our arrival and the owners were excellent in facilitating it all, which set the tone for the weekend. The Lodge was spectacular! Cleanliness was immaculate and the bathroom is incredible. Information provided prior to the stay is easy and straightforward, and the facilities were as described on the website. We booked here because our glamping venue had technical problems and had to choose an alternative. After travelling around during the day, we didn’t want to travel far or drive for evening meals; therefore, this location was excellent. The apartment is an outstanding property in a wonderful location. The view as we went into the apartment set the scene for the whole week . The view was an ever changing masterpiece. My wife, my dog and myself absolutely loved our stay at Hayditch. The lodge is extremely well designed and clearly a lot of effort has gone into creating that luxury feel. Loved the little touches that just add to the experience from the biscuits, preseco, pint of milk, tea and coffee ready to go. Dave the dog was very pleased with the doggy gift basket! The apartment is clean, comfortable and has a great view of the Fowey River and the Bodinnick ferry traversing to and fro most of the day. We really enjoyed our stay and liked the fact that the apartment was so well kitted out, had comfortable beds and sofas with ample seating, two parking bay spaces and really there was nothing you could want for.
We stayed with two tweenagers and they were so excited to see their "Rabbit Hole", as they had nicknamed it. Even more excited to discover the hot tub - keeping that lit proved a challenge in the wild December weather! The neighbouring cows seemed bemused by the giggles! Lovely comfortable lodge. The only concerns I had was the temperature of the hot water for the bath was barely warm. The hot tub though very enjoyable has been installed the wrong way around. If you enter from the decking it's a massive step into the tub. If you enter the other side there is a step in the hot to get in or you need a set of steps on this side. It could become a health and safety issue if some slips trying to get in.
A beautiful well equipped cottage and a lovely friendly host. Location was great and although it rained for us we had a lovely break. Quick drive to town and beach and lovely silence from the garden, the cabin is secluded and private and so relaxing The hot tub was always warm and is undercover, the bed super comfy and the bathtub is massive! We will certainly love to go back again maybe spring time but the winter break was perfect just before Christmas the cottage had everything and more the location perfect and the beautiful walks we didn’t need car as the bus was perfect for us so much to see and do lovely places to eat and drink and very friendly can’t wait to book again

We have stayed there before and the only problem we had was the internet kept on dropping off, which meant when watching catch up programs on tv at a time that suited us you got long pauses with no connection and this also with I Pads.
We had a lovely stay over February half term with friends. The accommodation was comfy with everything you needed and the hot tub was a bonus. It was very quiet in the evenings even with other occupants there. Ideal location as well.
The lodge is absolutely beautiful. Comfy beds, nice and warm and all equipment you need including some board games as an added extra. No TVs in the bedrooms, but wiring was there ready I think? It's Situated right next to the duck pond which was lovely. The hot tub was so nice as well. . Small gym was open if wanted and so my son used it. Nearest beach 30 mins away at bude so was a lovely day out. Nice big lake with walking trail. The lakeside cafe serves a nice breakfast with friendly staff. I cannot fault the place it was great. Kept up to date with what's going on Only improvement I can give is if there was a microwave or oven it was quite hard cooking with just a hob

This is a beautiful property - it felt like we were staying in an art gallery. It is well looked after and when we called with a couple of issues they were sorted out near-instantaneously. The location is excellent with lovely views of the tide coming in and out of the Gannel. The door at the bottom of the garden leads straight onto the beach so we especially appreciated the provision of three paddleboards and two kayaks for guests which provided lots of fun (albeit in our own thick wetsuits as it was January). It is also only a five minute walk from Fistral beach for surfing.

We loved our stay at Atherstone Farmhouse and Cottage. It is large, comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. There are extensive gardens for children to play and the house is full of nooks and crannies for them to explore. During our stay we did local walks, visited Yeovil Country Park, Ham Hill Park and did a walk from Uplyme down the River Lym to Lyme Regis where the children spent an unseasonal sunny afternoon on the beach. We were welcomed by the owner, she is extremely lovely and kind. She took time to show us round, explaining how to use the log burner and hot tub. We had an issue while there with the Wi-Fi not working and she responded to us straight away and sorted it for us very quickly. The lodge itself is beautiful and spacious. The hot tub is amazing, and the view across the lake is even more amazing. It is within driving distance of lots of places, and a supermarket to buy groceries. We had a wonderful stay at Porthkidney. Perfect location and close to beach and st Ives. The house was beautifully furnished and clean throughout. Only thing we’d have changed is the comfort of the bed. Something a little comfier for a good nights sleep would have made this holiday perfect. Other than that no faults with anything else. Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at chapter house in December. The lodge was clean, comfortable & provided us with everything we needed for our stay. A 5 minute walk took yell us into Wells town centre which was really lovely. Would definitely recommend & would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
If you want a relaxing break then this is for you. The site was very picturesque. Very dog friendly. Only problem was you had to drive miles to the nearest shop.
We've stayed here countless times as we simply love the view. A few things have gone down hill in the area, such as the homeless people camping underneath the viewing platform directly opposite where drugs are bring smoked (reported to council but not acted upon) which but a dampener on our stay and was not the fault of the apartment. However the apartment itself has seen better days in parts and in need of refurb. A beautiful house with wonderful views over to Dartmouth. The house in general was spotless only a few crumbs under table and a tray in oven still had fat on. Everything you could possibly think of was there ready to use. Home from home. Heating was all included which we enjoyed as it was a cold weekend. Comfortable beds to sleep in. Lovely clean accommodation with an individual, quirky charm, we stayed with our 2 young daughters and my mum and her dog for my birthday weekend, perfect for all of us. Great facilities for kids with the mezzanine games area with Nintendo Wii and plenty of board games. Lovely comfy bed, the sunken one upstairs was a real treat with its attic feel. Great bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. The welcome pack of cream tea, Prosecco, juice, milk and biscuits was a lovely surprise touch. We will definitely stay again.
Lovely place in a beautiful setting with a very homely feel. Excellent very well equipped kitchen with everything we could have needed. The full size xmas tree was a nice touch. If I had to suggest any improvement it would be an additional shower room.

A fantastic property with a great location. The property provided everything we required and the Bluetooth speaker was a great addition. The heating system seemed to have a mind of its own, no matter what we did to adjust the temperature the apartment was always hot. The apartment could do with a little TLC, a couple of things we noticed was water damage to a number of doors, the on suite bathroom smelt of drains, and quite a few areas which require some general maintenance. Excellent in almost all areas - only shortcomings - some cobwebs suggested less than thorough cleaning, and the managing agent not answering telephone calls on checkout day was poor. Could benefit from an ice tray in the freezer. otherwise - very well equipped, very comfortable, ticked all the boxes and in an unbeatable location with a great pub and seafood place both within a couple of minutes walk. We went away with parents for a belated Christmas celebration and the lodge provided all the comfort and luxuries promised and is a very impressive place to stay. Great for four adults as the bedrooms were separated in this lodge. Plenty of space and gorgeous decor.

Negatives - requested on our booking form for an additional bed to be made up, on arrival this hadn’t been done. The house was absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures. Everything you could possibly need and more. Hot tub was amazing and so warm. But personally we didn’t like the location. We’ve been to many places in Cornwall location wise and this was our least favourite. That’s our own fault for not doing more research first. Although there are some stunning places literally within a 5 min drive. We have a baby and a 4 year old and you couldn’t get the car outside the house to unload ect so we had to do so many trips whilst trying to carry the kids ect it just wasn’t practical. We had a lovely stay at the Nave. The lodge is warm and well equipped for basic cooking needs. The bed is comfy but the sheets/covers were rough so maybe suggest bringing your own if you prefer more luxury. Some small areas of wear and tear but otherwise very nice. The log fuelled hot tub is amazing - be careful not to overheat it! A lovely location within easy walking distance of the cathedral and places to eat/drink.

Lovely little upside down cottage with an amazing view across Mounts Bay to St Michaels Mount. We loved watching how it changed with the weather. We also loved the wood burning stove which made our stay so cosy. The cottage was very comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need during your holiday. A lovely spacious and comfortable cottage with fabulous views across the water to St Michael's Mount. Positives - comfortable beds and sofas, hot and powerful showers, spectacular views and plenty of space for our family of five in this quirky Cornish bolthole. It's a beautifully quiet and relaxing place to be. Not so positives - a couple of (fairly minor) points - Cottage felt cold on arrival which wasn't particularly welcoming. Buttercup lodge is spacious and very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and has everything needed for a great getaway. Set just a short walk from the cafe and lake, it is ideally situated for a relaxing and peaceful break. The hot tub was great and was checked regularly by on site staff. We enjoyed our visit to dingles fair just a short drive away and also Tavistock. I would thoroughly recommend the lodge and location.

I think we saw a little tiny glimmer of sea in the very far distance. We did have a problem with the Wi-Fi which made it impossible to make the most of the smart TV. But we had numbers to call if we needed anything.
A lovely relaxing two week stay - really enjoy staying in this apartment - please however ensure the upkeep is maintained to keep it in its best condition
Our second visit to Kings Quay. This is a beautiful property situated with the best views in Brixham. Very tastefully furnished and comfortable. Parking permit included for marina car park a short walk is a bonus. Lovely to watching the fishing boats. We have gone in winter months and fabulous views across the bay at night of Torquay lit up. Only downside we felt was could do with more kitchen utensils. For a 3 bedroom property. We went as a party of 4. There were only 2 wine glasses provided. We went out to buy our own. Thoroughly enjoyed our reunion of 12 adults at Golden Meadow. Superb location with stunning views and close to great pubs, walks, Stokely Farm shop plus beaches. Golden Meadow was spotlessly clean and luxurious, however surprised to have mainly double beds. Perhaps the provision of more Kingsize beds or two singles would have made the accommodation far more comfortable.
A lovely weekend was had by us both at this accommodation. The owners have achieved the luxury look and feel and I wouldn’t hesitate it recommending to anyone going down in the near future, but because of some minor wear and tear issues I’d like to see addressed, I would caution if looking to stay too far into the future. The shower, whilst awesome and luxurious was difficult to turn on and off as those fittings for turning it in on and off had worked loose. Hopefully this can be addressed. This roundhouse would be ideal for a family of 4 but does not work as well for 4 friends, but we had a fun weekend together. The site is lovely and remote with the chickens and goats giving peace and quiet, but close enough to Bude and other places to visit.
Alder Lodge was a relaxing and comfortable place to stay with 2 children. It was warm even during December, though the hot tub was too chilly to enjoy at that time of year. The on-site "games room" is coin-operated arcade machines, so for entertaining children bring your own toys/games or head off site.
We arrived the week before Christmas with three excited little ones and were really impressed with the house. The living room and dining areas are beautiful and the bedrooms are spacious. Given it was so close to Christmas our children were sad that there were no decorations but the games cupboard helped make up for this. It was a really cold period in December and the storage heaters were set at a specific temperature- this was too low for the conditions and the bedrooms were incredibly cold. Lovely project for the owners but you have to walk in front of their house to access the property! If you’re a smoker you can’t smoke anywhere near as the LPG top up is in the courtyard (no bar-bq then) damp and riddled with wood lice! Next to an abandoned graveyard! You can cook but in a huge microwave, very complicated as when I eventually worked out how to use it on oven mode there were no shelves but could use racks!! Left a day early! Totally mis-sold very disappointed! Not worth the money people. Who graded this??
