A recently restored country house situated on a wine and oil producing estate just few minutes from the centre of Asolo. This wonderful property is set upon the crest of a hill and surrounded by grapevines, olive groves & fruit trees. Stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Guests can taste the wine and extra-virgin olive oil produced locally. Pleasant walks along through the grapevines or wooded track which leads directly to the historical centre of Asolo. 75 km from Venice

The panorama views were amazing - you could highlight that more in your description.
You had listed 4 bedrooms c/w en-suite. NOT TRUE!! 2 bedrooms had ensuites and the other 2 bedrooms had to share a bathroom upstairs. There are two more bathrooms downstairs but that’s not helpful in the middle of the night.
Can’t say enough wonderful things about Francesca. She and her son, Leonardo, were extremely helpful and gracious and always happy to help us with our questions.
We enjoyed the walk to town on the trail but luckily we got a ride back up. We are pretty fit but that was very challenging, so the write up about it being walking distance to town is a bit misleading.
Overall, it was great. The furniture was so comfortable and the living room and dining room were huge. A great space for all of us to get together at the end of the day to discuss the days events with a glass of wine (also very good from their vineyards) and gaze at the view.

Excellent stay at Ca'Recantina

This is a lovely villa - spacious, comfortable, well furnished and beautifully presented. The spectacular view of 180 degrees across a plain towards Venice can be appreciated from most rooms in the house and from the lovely garden.

It is also secluded, being up a steep private drive and is surrounded by its own olive groves and vineyards. Asolo, the nearest village, is utterly charming and great for an evening drink or dinner.

We had a marvellous time there and I would thoroughly recommend it.
