A very cosy and convenient base for walking the South West Coast Path between Brixham and Starcross. A very well equipped apartment in excellent condition.

Nice clean and well equipped modern appartment that we stayed in for 2 weeks in early July.
Location is nice and close by to the seafront, also can use the hotel restaurant.
2 niggles that tarnished our stay; actual access to the apartment is from the front entrance but parking is located a few minute walk away, yes you can stop outside if there is space to unload, and luckily we were not there at peak holiday times as allocated parking can get quite tight as well.
The other point- bathroom size, it's certainly compact.

We had the most wonderful time here. The apartment was very comfortable, had absolutely everything we could need and was spotlessly clean. The location is beautiful, with great views and on the doorstep of the beach. The terrace bar is a great place for a drink in the evening sun and pizzas there are delicious. I can't rate this place highly enough and will definitely return. Adam, the property manager was also very responsive and helpful.

We had a really enjoyable stay in the Tramontane Apartment. It's clean, cosy and has everything you need for a great base to explore Torbay and South Devon. It's superbly located in the grounds of the Osbourne Hotel, with beautiful views from the terrace bar and easy access to the beach. Highly recommended!

Tramontane provides all the facilities of a home from home in a beautiful location. The apartment is superbly equipped with everything you could need to self cater, but is also close to all the amenities that Torquay has to offer. Immaculately furnished, clean and supplied with all you need for short break or longer stay.
A short walk down to the lovely Meadfoot Beach and cafe, or a 15 minute walk into to town. We absolutely loved our visit, and can't wait to come back.

I can not fault this apartment in anyway , it’s very comfortable and spotlessly clean , it has everything you need .
As you walk out the main door the views are beautiful and it’s a very well kept area , with just a 10 minute walk to Torquay harbour , or a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop .

Excellent stay from start to finish.
Great holiday experience! Thoroughly enjoyed our break. Extremely peaceful and relaxing time. Would strongly reccomend both the apartment and the communications recieved through Adam.
