This 'wow' house is 3 minutes from the Keyhaven Quay and you'll have sandy toes in a 10 minute walk. Inside is bright, colourful and easy-going with plenty of space downstairs. It's well set up for entertaining on the deck and at the kitchen table.

Spotless, well equipped and comfortable.

Our family ranging from 5 months to 73 years enjoyed a fantastic weekend in this beautiful property.
NFE were always helpful and the property itself was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable.
The location suited us as it was near the beach, the forest and Pippa Pig world.
The luxury of the hot tub was a bonus and we enjoyed the relaxation.
We would definitely book again.

House was superbly clean, really well equipped and offered lots of room for guests. Loved the hot tub and the separate annex was useful.
Unfortunately, we didn't have a positive experience from New Forest Escapes who manage the property. A family health emergency meant we would have preferred to move the date of our weekend and, understanding the inconvenience to the house owners, we offered 30% payment and a new date later in the year (meaning their profit was greater). New Forest Escapes stuck rigidly to the short-sighted line of 'nothing they could do' and 'cancellation policy' and even failed to re-advertise the house as requested. Such poor customer service in exceptional circumstances mean that we would never get a property through them again and would not recommend them at all.

We had such a lovely time at this property! It was the perfect house and location for a wintery girls trip. We loved the semi open plan layout, hot tub and the cost living room area with the fireplace. The location was also great and we were easily able to walk into the nearby town of Milford on Sea for a lovely lunch at The Lighthouse and to get emergency supplies from the Coop.

My only suggestion is that due to the accoustics of the house it might be recommended to supply ear plugs, at least to those sleeping on the top floor. This wasn't so much of an issue on this trip but if we were to come back with kids it might be. We also found that the downstairs got very hot during the day but we couldn't get the thermostat to go down (although we didn't contact anyone while we were there to resolve so this may of easily been user error).

The staff at NFE were aways super helpful and quick to respond to any questions prior to the trip.

We loved the location, garden and living space at Nye Creek. The hot tub was a particular highlight, together with the fireplace in the living room. However what didn’t work for us was the bathrooms. The main bathroom has a very dated shower, with an old plastic shower curtain. It is to be shared amongst the 3 first floor bedrooms, in our case 3 adults and 2 older teenagers. The other more modern bathroom is fully open plan in the loft, which made it awkward to share outside of the loft bedroom occupants. Given the cost of our 4 night stay, this felt a bit of a let down and poor value for money.

This is our second holiday this year with New Forest Escapes, and they we were as pleasant and helpful as always!
We stayed for a week at Nye Creek, and on the whole it was a pleasant time and the property was well equipped, however unfortunately our break was spoilt by the amount of mosquitos in and around the property. It resulted in all of us being bitten numerous times, so bad that our legs swelled up. We were also unable to open any of the windows for fear that the mosquitos would get it, which made it very stuffy at times. Due to the amount of mosquitos, we managed to go through 2 repellent sprays and 3 tubes of bite cream in less than a week between the 4 of us. One other minor issue is the pee stains that have been left on the carpet from previous dogs. This wasn't particularly pleasant and I was surprised that they were even there as there products available to remove the lingering smell and stains. Another downside is the shower in the main bathroom - the shower door has been replaced by a curtain, so if you don't get the shower head angle correct, which is tricky, you run the risk of flooding the whole bathroom. Finally, the bedding in the 4th bedroom, was not great as was stuffed with feathers which escaped any chance they got all over the bedroom, and they even managed to scratch my chin during the night.
Other than that, the property was clean and tidy and well equipped. The location was very good, with New Milton 10mins in one direction and Lymington 10mins in the other. You are less than a 5 min walk away from the coast and the walkway to Hurst Castle, you are also under 10mins walk to the high street which have a few shops inc a chemist and a fish and chippy.

Our family of six adults had a fabulous stay in Nye Creek , Keyhaven . The house was very comfortable and exceedingly well equipped. The hot tub was an added bonus as were the towels provided for this purpose . The only thing that would have made the stay complete would have been some sort of plug in or other mosquito repellent or a prior warning to bring some repellent with us as they were quite prolific and bite cream in the local chemists was like gold dust !

This was the perfect space for us and friends while taking part in an event at Keyhaven Yacht Club. Well equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor space, plenty of shared indoor space. Downsides: no door at all between rest of house and top bedroom making it noisy and lacking privacy.



Lovely location and a very comfortable place to stay; ideal for families.

Nye Creek was an ideal place for us to stay, with lovely coastal walks. We walked/cycled into Lymington and made the short ferry trip to Hurst Castle, which the 5 and 2 year old's in our party really enjoyed. The forest and beaches are both a short car drive away, although we only had time for one beach day during our visit. The house had fitted stair gates, except on the second floor. There were lots of children's toys and games provided and books for young and old. The beds were very comfortable and the accommodation worked perfectly for us, we booked Little Nye as well as there were 10 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and had almost everything you would need, apart from a decent frying pan (we took one with us, as this seems to be an issue in almost every holiday home we have stayed in). There were plenty of children's cups, plates and bowls. The garden was well maintained with ample seating. And we made good use of the hot tub. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would certainly stay at Nye Creek again. The booking process through New Forest Escapes were very efficient, they were very helpful and kept us informed.

Nye Creek is a lovely, house which is well looked after and maintained, very clean and has everything one needs.
We had a great time staying here for the week, the garden is lovely and the kids especially enjoyed every minute in it.
The location is great with a wonderful pub 5 mins walk down the road and a jetty where you can go crabbing.

Our family spent a lovely week at Nye Creek and Little Nye. Our grandchildren are ages 2, 7 and 12 and all of them had lots to do, the older two particularly enjoyed the Sea Baths at Lymington and paddle boarding down by the Crab Bridge and seeing the wild ponies and donkeys in the New Forest. It was also lovely to have a daily visit from the cows at the bottom of the garden! We all enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. (not the 2 year old). The house is in a fabulous location with Lymington a short distance away, as was Hurst Castle and the New Forest, all of which we visited. We enjoyed walking to Milford on Sea and some of us swam in the sea there! Also lovely to walk along the salt pans paths and see all the birds in their local habitat.
We were there at the time of the Milford Music Festival, again a great family occasion.

I would agree with another visitor's comments that the mattress in Little Nye is a bit on the hard side, but great to have a separate space for, in our case grandparents to stay. All in all a great place and holiday.

We were a family of 6 adults plus a very well behaved dog, and all had a fantastic week in New Haven.
The location was perfect, it was tranquil and very quiet. The house had amble space for all of us, we never felt on top of each other. Fabulous meals were had at the local pub, The Gunn Inn, and in Lymington The Hidden Yard was our best food experience.
Lots of sea walks and fresh air, what more could anyone ask. Fantastic location, everything you need near by.

This was our second trip to Nye Creek so we booked knowing what to expect . This house is a great place for a family holiday - we are ,6 adults three young children and the dog , and there is space to spread out and do your own thing . This year the weather was bearable - not the heatwave of last summer so we got to enjoy the garden much more . The girls loved the space and the cows coming to visit us each day.
Facilities in the house are great - and the supply of kids toys and games is excellent.
Setting is glorious - with a 2 min walk to the Gun - fabulous Father’s Day lunch in the garden.

We stayed at Nye Creek for work. It was a very comfortable house. More than enough room for us to spread out. We woke in the morning to a garden full of nature... Pheasants on the lawn and several deer grazing in the fields behind the house.

Loved the Eco touches. Clearly made a considered effort. From solar panels on the roof to refillable soap bottles... It's great we can be environmentally conscious, even when we are away from home.

The house had a good vibe. We all voiced that we would happily return which is always a god sign.

A family friendly house is large enough to accommodate multiple families or group of friends, great sized bedrooms with enough space for everyone. The house comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay, games, TV and very social layout.

The kitchen is modern with everything you could want.

The host set up the home go exact needs which was really appreciated, baby gates, travel cots and high chairs provided.

The location of the house is great with the harbour a short walk away and lots of restaurants and cafes a short walk into the town.

Could not recommend highly enough and excited to go back in the future.

Comfortable, cozy and very relaxing! We meet every year in this group of friends and this year‘s weekend was marked by long, crisp walks, running for the hot tub, lounging around the kitchen and playing games in front of a cozy logfire. Nye Creek offers great shared spaces and also quiet rooms for those off to bed a little earlier!

We had the most fantastic long weekend at Nye Creek. The house was perfect for all 9 of us as we also had the annexe Little Nye.
The house was beautifully clean, well equipped and also was dressed for Christmas.
The bedrooms were a great size and the room with the balcony was great.
Views from the house were fantastic.
All in all a perfect house for a large family gathering.

Nye Creek and Little Nye were the perfect choice for our family get together.
It suited all our age groups from 6years old to 70+ (including 2 dogs! )

Facilities are excellent with hot tub and barbecue. The location is wonderful being within walking distance of the quay, a pub and Milford is only a 15 minute walk away.

Customer service was excellent with the two minor issues we had being sorted out very promptly.

We really enjoyed our three night stay and only wish it could have been for longer.

Lovely spacious well located and well appointed house. Nice garden too. Be careful not to get too hot as there's a lot of glass on the south side and few blinds. We had a problem with wasps in the bathroom, sorted by now we hope

Such a beautiful location, peace and quiet. The house was very bright clean and welcoming. Bottle of fizz and milk was very welcome. Quick to help when we discovered a wasps nest. Would recommend if you’re looking for space and a real treat.

The house was well equipped and of the perfect size for our family of ten (six adults and four little boys aged between 6 and 2 years) However, we did have a couple of complaints. The top bedroom, having no walls either between it and the rest of the house or the en-suite, was very exposed, particularly to noise. This was not fully explained in the details available before booking. Also, the bed in the annexe was very low and very hard. Considering this is likely to be used by older guests (grandparents in our case) it was not ideal. We could have done with the provision of medium sized towels as opposed to bath sheets and hand towels for everyday use. Despite these problems, we did have a most enjoyable holiday and the house was perfectly situated with plenty of space for us all.

We booked this break at short notice and then thought we would not be able to make it as my month old granddaughter was admitted to hospital with meningitis. Thankfully she was discharged and so this was a well needed holiday for us all. We loved the space and the location - had a few enjoyable trips to the Gun round the corner.
Loved the childrens toys - the Scuttlebug was a winner with Bella- just like the one at home.
It was a bit hot to do as much as we might have wanted to but better than home would have been for sure The breeze and the views from the top floor were great.
All in all a lovely few days away - wished we could have stayed longer.

The house was big enough for 6 adults, 2 teenage boys, a toddler and a baby. It was very well equipped with everything that we needed for our 3 night stay. Another shower would have been helpful in getting everybody ready in the mornings. Also a shaver socket for our electric tooth brush. The children enjoyed the toys and games supplied and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The house is in a good location for walking along the sea front and we enjoyed our visits to the local pub.
Harrie, the lady from NFE, was extremely helpful during the booking process and the house manager Claire was thoughtful in retuning a charger lead that was left there.

This was a fairly late booking and the staff were so accommodating and helpful.
The property itself is in a lovely location and directions were excellent.
The house was very well equipped just in need of a little tlc.

The house itself is lovely - open plan downstairs with great views throughout. Everything required is there. All rooms good size and beautiful views from the 3 facing the back. Hot tub was fab - many a good time spent using this. Nice the owners provided towels for this too. Dryer certainly came in handy! Open fire was great too. Short walk into millford on sea to restaurants/pubs. Lovely walk along sea wall where you can see the needles at a distance. Overall fabulous weekend in a great house - Thankyou

Nye Creek is a beautiful modern house in a perfect location in Keyhaven - some fantastic walks right from the front door, pub 2 minutes away, and only 15 minutes walk to Milford on Sea which has some lovely cafes, restaurants and shops (highly recommend Vervaine for lunch or dinner). Lymington is about a 15 minute drive or you can walk along the estuary - there's also a bike path.

The kitchen is really well equipped with high end appliances (I was rather jealous of the oven in fact...), a big fridge/freezer and lots of plates, glasses etc. Ocado deliver to the area so no need to load the car up or go searching for a supermarket when you arrive, although there are shops in Milford and a Waitrose in Lymington if you need anything.

The house is very open plan, and as mentioned on the website the master bedroom has no door on it - note that there are two windows on the stairs down from the bedroom that do not have blinds or curtains so take a dressing gown if you don't want to flash the neighbours periodically! We were worried about light in the mornings but the "open" windows face West so in practice this wasn't a problem although it might be more of an issue in summer. This may not suit some groups but is great for families if you want to keep an eye / ear on what is going on and was fine for us as a couple.

Tons of books, DVDs, games and helpful little extras about the place and a lovely garden. The weather wasn't the kindest when we were there so we didn't try the hot tub or barbeque but they're nice touches. Claire our house manager was very helpful when we had a minor issue and is always available on the end of the phone, and the hints and suggestions on the Website were really good for planning our stay.
