Family stay at Surrey Lodge to celebrate my 60th birthday, including my 2.5 year old granddaughter. The house is beautiful! Light and spacious, immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The owners have thought of everything we could have needed. So comfortable and child friendly. The location is wonderful with beautiful views across the heathland and ponies walking past. Close walking distance to village shops and pubs. I would 100% recommend a stay here!

This was our first trip to the New Forest and we couldn't have stayed in a better place. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our multi generational family stay. The location was great, having both the village of Brockenhurst and the forest within walking distance.

Great house right on outskirts of Brockenhurst so a walk our straight into the forest. Beautiful walking and area on doorstep. Comfortable and well equipped house - ideal for 6-8.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location in Brockenhurst. The home was beautifully appointed and very comfortable for our visit. Lovely location in the New Forest, perfect for walks or strolling into Brockenhurst. The wild ponies walked right past the windows most days.

I am from the local area, however, rented Surrey lodge for some family to stay in, and for me and my bridal party to get ready in before my wedding.

Surrey lodge is such a beautiful, cosy and comfortable house. It had everything we needed and is perfectly laid out, it is so spacious, yet still so cosy. Everyone who stayed there/stepped foot in there commented on what a great find it was, and how lovely the house was. We all felt very sad when we checked out, and commented on how much we will miss it!

Not only was the house amazing, the customer service was incredible. We had a few minor issues (nothing that should put anyone off staying), and the team were so responsive, they sorted everything out on the same day with no fuss…we knew they were only a watsap/phone call away, and this was so reassuring.

I can’t recommend Surrey lodge enough. I kind of wish I wasn’t from the local area, so I could come and stay again!

We had a lovely time staying at Surrey Lodge. The space is fantastic and all very comfortable. Location right in the forest but easy walking distance to the village and train made it perfect location.
Only slight quibble- no weighing scales for cooking was a little testing!

Amazing location, no need to leave the village as has everything you need.
Lodge was very high spec and cleanliness.
Bit pricy but worth every penny, only thing I can moan about is they said there would be coal to get the bbq going but didn’t so had to take short bike ride to village to buy some but that’s me being very fussy as nothing to complain about.

Surrey Lodge is a beautiful house in the most wonderful location - close enough to the shops in Brockenhurst, and rural enough to look out the window straight on to the forest to see ponies, cows and donkeys and the most beautiful sunsets. The house is very clean, comfortable and well appointed and we had a really lovely time staying there. We as a family had a lovely stay there for 2 weeks and were very sad to leave. Of all the houses in the New Forest we’ve stayed in, this has certainly been our favourite and we can not wait to return. Our only tiny gripe about the house, is that the internet was very very slow and patchy which was a bit frustrating when trying to watch stuff in the evenings!

Brockenhurst is an excellent place to vist and this house on the edge of the village is a great place to stay. The house is well equipped, spotlessly clean and with great space upstairs and downstairs. The outlook from the property is onto the open new Forest land with horses, donkeys and cows regular visitors close by - the donkeys were eating the hedge whilst we were there. At the same time it is only 10 mins walk or 2 mins drive to the village with a great bakery, cafes, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. You can park easily in Tesco car park for 20 mins if you’re shopping there or in the pay and display opposite if you’re staying for longer.

This is a beautiful house and we spent a great weekend here. It’s very comfortable warm and cosy and perfectly located for walking in the area.

It is a on a great location for walks and it’s a 15 mins walk into town.

It is a well layout house, excellent for a big family gathering. The kitchen has most things you need.

The quality of furnishing is excellent.

One bedroom has a boiler and it made a constant sound.

A couple of requests were unanswered. However, where they did, they have been accommodating.

I would highly recommend this lovely home to others.
