Guests are in for a lucky suprise with this cosy cottage, set within the area which 'roofed the world'. This delightful cottage has been decorated and refurbished to a very good standard.

My mum & I had a wonderful stay for her birthday. The house is gorgeous, full of character and a home away from home. A real bonus that it is also dog friendly! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and very conveniently located for Zip World, which we went to. Another delightful bonus was the steam train that runs along the back of the house! If there's one thing to nit pick, it's that there was no hair dryer, which would have been useful. Everything from booking to letting ourselves into the house was seamless - we'd definitely come back!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely area, views are outstanding,
lots of extras provided like towels, soap washing up Liquid etc which was really helpful,
A very warm and comfortable home.
Bring your own pillows if allergic to feathers as some quilts and pillows are feathers.
Luckily I took my own as I’m asthmatic.
Some maintenance needed in the cottage, spindle missing from stairs, sharp hooks to hold stair gate on jutting out and cut husband’s leg.
Freezer full of old food from previous tenants, we had to get rid of.
The steam train runs at the bottom of garden and is an absolute delight.
On the whole we loved staying there and would return.

Good layout with nice decoration. The under stairs area for pets is great!. May be useful to have have a gate at the bottom of the stairs.
