Beaver Creek is a luxury Log Lodge in a woodland setting with a pergola situated over a mountain stream with an eight Person Hot tub.

A great place to stay with two very young grandchildren and their parents. All the facilities we needed were provided except paper filters for the coffee maker. The walks and cycles from the house were great and the recreation park at the end of the drive much used. We had two reasons to phone for assistance(sauna breaker tripped and a mouse visitor)and they were dealt with immediately. We had a great four days visiting Landmark, Aviemore Leisure Pool (all to ourselves) Coylumbridge Soft Play and Loch Morlich beach where the Pine Marten cafe do excellent chips. We had a memorable barbecue on the decking where we also appreciated the outdoor heating. We would not hesitate to return.

Our whole group had been looking forward to staying in Beaver Creek Lodge for a while and we definitely were not disappointed. It had all mod cons and more. A great location for exploring the Cairngorms and a fantastic lodge to relax in on an evening.

Beautiful property tucked away in the middle of woodland. Facilities were excellent and being pet friendly meant we could all enjoy a relaxing holiday. Looking forward to returning in the very near future.

This has to be 1 of the best GNL lodges we’ve stayed in.
As soon as you walk in you feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked, although some more plastic or wooden utensils would be helpful to stop the pans being scratched (we bought a plastic fish slice and left it there). The beds are comfy with a bonus of wash basins and tv’s in the other rooms. Not sure when it was updated but the family bathroom and en-suite are great with ample hot water. The outside area was used a lot with the bbq and heated outdoor seating area. Great walks right from the step over the fence. Enclosed garden but I wouldn’t just let your dogs out unattended as my medium size dog worked out how to jump the fence. A plus is that Tescos delivers so no having to go out again if you arrive late.
In all we will definitely return.

We have been visiting Beaver Creek Lodge now since 2000 ( 23 years + now) and the place is truly magical and we have made many happy memories holidaying here over the years. The accommodation is spotless and has all the amenities you could need (and want) set in a perfect private location. During our stay the weather was kind and we got to enjoy the property in the sunshine as a lot of the time our visits have been in the winter months where the property takes on a cozy winter vibe, even snowing on occasion. The GNL experience has always been top class and we look forward to returning again soon.

A Beautiful Swiss Chalet set amongst the trees.
it was like arriving into another world, so private and peaceful.
would certainly recommend this Lodge!

MAINTENANCE
we had a maintenance issue due to a leaking roof window but it was dealt with quickly, but the problem returned when it rained again. We left a message to advice them about the problem.
The BBQ Grill was not fit to use and totally rusted.
The gazebo light/heaters at the BBQ area... only 2 of the 4 were working when we used this area, then a third one didn't work.

the above information is not a criticism of the property, just some issues we had while we were there that maybe regular maintenance checks before arriving would solve.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Beaver Creek Lodge. From the minute you cross the bridge, you feel totally relaxed. This lodge has something for all types of travellers, and all weather's. The fact that the hot tub and sitting area are undercover (there's also heaters) means you can enjoy the outside even when it is raining. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There are 2 bathrooms which is great if there are a few of you staying. The bathroom even has a proper jacuzzi bath and a sauna! This lodge is definitely 5 star. We will miss the sound of the stream and the views of the cairngorm. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful week at Beaver Creek Lodge. The lodge is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The setting is fabulous, close enough to walk into Aviemore but also with extensive paths into woods directly from the lodge. We saw red squirrels in the woods and watched the sun go down over the Caingorms from the hot tub The weather was a bonus too. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic week. The area is full of excellent walks and coming back to the lodge was perfect to relax and have a drink sat outside listening to the stream trickle by. The lodge was perfect for our cocker spaniel who loved his stay and gives a huge paw up and is looking forward to his next stay.

Beaver Creek Lodge A real log cabin with all the facilities to chill out for a week the Hot tub, Sauna & Jacuzzi bath. The Lodge has the feeling of being remote as it’s within the woods at High Burnside with plenty of trails for hiking and cycling, although it’s still close to Aviemore centre.

So many things to do that the week passes too quick.

Another week of great memories in Aviemore THANKS GNR

Had a relaxing stay, The lodge is perfectly located. Out of the way but close enough to town to be able to walk. We had five cars and were able to park all of them easily. The Lodge facilities, Hot Tub, Sauna and space are excellent.
The 5pm check-in is a bit late and 10am checkout is a bot early. 3pm and 11am respectively would be better. As a result you pay for three days but only really get two days use.

Spent a great long weekend here. Hot tub and sauna were excellent and the lodge is in a lovely setting and has all the facilities you need. Woodlands right outside which were great for a scenic afternoon walk. Plenty to do in Aviemore if you like the outdoors.

We arrived in the snow to this beautiful cabin. It was decorated inside and out for Christmas and we were blown away by how magical it looked (especially with the snow).

It was 5 star. It felt like home but with the sauna, hot tub and jacuzzi bath it was more like staying in a luxury hotel. Straight from the garden to the woods for morning dog walks made this perfect for us.

There is everything you need in the cabin, well equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and beds. A steady 30 minute walk to Aviemore pubs and restaurants. Short drives to lots of walks (all dog friendly) and other great places to eat/drink.

We will definitely be going back to this cabin.

Absolutely love Beavercreek, we have been coming here for many years and it never disappoints! We were to get snow for the second year running. It is such a beautiful area, particularly in the snow! We will be back again soon.

My husband, son and I along with our little dog Winnie had a great week at Beaver Creek Lodge in Aviemore. We arrived to a lovely welcome gift and welcome message, which made us feel at home strsight away. The lodge was so comfortable and homely and dog friendly, which was great. It was very well set up with everything you needed and the location was great. It was very private but at the same time close to all the local amenities. The area has lots of dog friendly places to eat and drink which was great. We all had a great time and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing place and would recommend it to anyone. It’s in a beautiful location and feels like your own little haven with a running creek and trees surrounding the property. There’s a good amount provided in terms of kitchen, towels, toiletries and tea/coffee. The hot tub is also excellent. Thank you for the little gift on arrival!

The only downside is that the oven wasn’t really working (we managed around this with the top grill oven and hob) and some of the place was a bit run down compared to the first time we visited. The outside heater above the BBQ wasn’t working and the new sofas were coated in pet hair when we arrived. I think it just needs a few minor repairs here and there to be perfect again.

No issues with property during our short stay. All facilities available and in good condition. Lodge position ideal for walking and access to Aviemore facilities.
