The Neuk is tucked into a lovely residential area with other premium houses and shaded by some mature birch with views over the small village of Kincraig.

The Neuk has an open plan living space with vaulted ceilings which run right through to the kitchen. The modern kitchen is finished to a high specification. A movable unit provides extra workspace or just changes the dynamic of the room to suit what you are doing.

The master bedroom has a bath in the bedroom and an en-suite along with a huge dressing room. The master bedroom also has direct access to the decked area. The lower floor comprises a tv room and two rooms of custom built bunk beds and a king-size bedroom with en-suite.

Outside there is comfortable outdoor eating area, BBQ and hot tub.

We chose The Neuk for our family Easter break. Great location, and a fantastic home, fitted out internally to a very high standard. Great open socialising and eating space, with a cosy area to relax and watch TV. Amazing log burner, with fuel supplied that really made for cozy evenings, playing board games with the grandkids. As ever great property and location from GNL. Highly recommend that you place yourself in their capable hands when choosing a stay in the Cairngorm area.

What a fantastic location for a family get together. The Neuk was well equipped and had such a cosy atmosphere. Everything was spotless and lots of thought had been put into each tiny detail. We loved the hot tub and table tennis and enjoyed walks to Loch Insh and the Suie bar!
We will definately be booking again. Thank you so much for brilliant hospitality.

I spent my 40th birthday here with friends and it was amazing. The house was immaculate and absolutely stunning. Hot tub was a perfect addition and beds were extremely comfortable. Cooking was made extremely easy by the amount of kitchen accessories that were available. We will certainly be back to stay again

This home will not let you down! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook and serve for two families, plus a huge dining room table which doubles as a gaming table. The living room is great too, with oversized, comfortable couches, some books and games, a nice TV and the fireplace was a cozy touch as well. There was plenty of wood outside and it was easy to use. The master bedroom has a beautiful balcony and a walk in closet, as well as a huge tub and shower. Heated towel racks and heated floors were a very nice touch.

The kids loved the bunk beds downstairs and they are larger than they appear. There were more than enough bathrooms, too. We really enjoyed the hot tub, which was the perfect temperature even in the winter. It's easy to take the cover off and to operate. It was cleaned at least twice in the week we were there, as well.

Finally, there is plenty to do nearby. We found hiking trails, archery, a fantastic cafe and more, all within a few minutes of the house. It's a gem!

Very nice lodge, lots of space and everything provided for you! Everything was comfortable and cosy for us! Only a few issues… only 3 showers which was very difficult splitting between the 10 of us girls. The recycling bins were full meaning we had to take all of our recycling to a recycling point about a 15 minute drive away from the lodge. However, overall it was an excellent lodge that made our experience so good! Would definitely recommend!!

We had an excellent stay, the Neuk had everything we needed, full kitchen to prepare Xmas dinner with every utensil and crockery you could think of. House was really clean with plenty towels. There were 9 of us aged between 80-10 and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax, play games etc.
The hot tub and log fire are an added bonus, hot tub was regularly maintained and plenty of logs outside for the fire.
And to top it off we it started snowing on Christmas Day so we enjoyed a white Christmas, we will definitely be back, already looking to re book for summer.

A lovely, very modern property with all the home comforts you would want for your stay. Loved the hot tub, comfy beds and open space kitchen/living area for sociable cooking. Brownie points for the Xmas decs to top off our stay. Only minor complaint would be water pressure- plush bathroom fixtures, but a bit style over substance with rubbish water pressure!!

We arrived at the neuk for check in at 5pm on the Friday & we all had a fabulous time! The lodge itself was clean and everything down to the layout for us was great! We had everything we needed for our party getaway! The beds were comfy from the double beds to the bunks. We partied from Friday until Sunday to celebrate my mums 60th and the neuk was the ideal place we used the hot tub which we all loved & really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

We arrived for the September weekend with a family of 10 people! Absolutely spotless place, really modern & homely, everything you need and more! Hot tub was really hot unlike some where they are just a bit on the cool side for my liking! We enjoyed ordering takeout food and just chilling in this gorgeous house! The beds were so comfy & fresh! The log burner is amazing too! Table tennis was a hit! We are definitely going to come back here again.

Very impressive accommodation and perfect for two families with 5 teenagers who enjoyed the hot tub and table tennis. A well equipped, clean and spacious lodge. Lots of activities within easy reach on the Alvie Estate and Loch Insh. Suie Bar around the corner and lovely dog walks and cycling along the Speyside Way. A great week and will definitely return. Highly recommend The Neuk.

The Neuk was fantastic. We were delighted with the spec of the lodge , the cleanliness & how well it was equipped. The location was perfect & there was plenty to do for all ages & the dog too . The hot tub , table tennis & Xbox went down a storm . We’ll definitely spend another holiday there & recommend to friends .

We love staying at the Neuk. It was much cleaner this time from April, house set up perfect and everything you need for a holiday. Kincraig is amazing, Suie Bar lovely place to meet the locals, Loch Inch perfect for outdoor activities. Amazing highland holiday destination

is a lovely building and has lots of activities to do around it as well as a close drive to shops for groceries. Enjoyed using the facilities of the building and the hot tub was a nice touch :)

The Neuk It kind of gives you a good feeling when you arrive, I can’t fault it, the grandchildren love it, the hot tub is an added benefit. It’s ideally placed for all the activities water sports, quad bike treks, distilleries especially the Gin distillery such a friendly place. We can’t wait to return

The location of this home was great, being 8 miles from Aviemore and we had a brilliant week with the family out and about.
The house was a great size and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy and the huge table was excellent. Showers and bathrooms excellent and laundry room very useful.
Our only complaint was that the house was a bit neglected and not overly clean. There was a footstool in the lounge and there was old popcorn underneath which meant it hadn’t been moved to clean the rug it sat on. The window sills and skirting boards were dusty and we found and old, dirty sock behind the sofa. The kitchen baking trays were rusty and we had to buy foil to line them and bleach to clean the tea stained sink. The games room was really grubby and we didn’t then use it. There was a Christmas wreath still on the door and leaves blown up to the front door which gave it a bit of an abandoned look. Such a shame for a gorgeous big house.
