Location! Location! Location! This cottage is perfectly located for your holiday, walking distance to the beach and the Renvyle House Hotel. The Wild Atlantic is on your doorstep with mountains in the distance. Wake up to the sounds of the sea in a traditional style cottage. This could be a holiday to remember. A cute traditional cottage with a red door, cream windows, and red sills.

Erg mooi en comfortabel huisje.

Mooi gelegen, comfortabel huisje. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en de openhaard zorgt voor de rest. Het huisje ligt op een paar minuten lopen van zee. En verder een prima uitvalsbasis om Connemara te verkennen.

From the moment we arrived, to be welcomed by home baked scones , we had a wonderful stay. Location is fab - a short walk to a beautiful beach suitable for swimming. Close to Renvyle house and Tully Cross if you dont want to cook.
House was spotless and beds very comfy.
If I was to suggest anything, if would be the addition of a second toilet/shower room and as also a dishwasher.
These however are minor and Adele was a wonderful host. Many thanks to her for her kindness.

An excellent location for a week on the Renvyle peninsula

We chose the cottage for a family get together and its location is really excellent. There are superb beaches within walking distance or a short driveeasy: we ate very well and enjoyed all that Connemara has to offer. The sea views from the deck at the back of the house are magnificent ( when it is not raining).

Adele was very welcoming and helpful - thank you! Our suggestions would be that as a family we like to cook and think the cottage could be better equipped. We bought and donated a serving spoon and cafetière - these are basic items that we needed. The cottage still needs a bottle opener for beer drinkers. We would also recommend that there is a ‘house folder’ or similar with instructions about recycling, how to work the stove, etc.

Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The weather was cold and wet for June when we stayed and we were chilly for the first few days. In fact we were out during the day so it didn’t matter, but if we had had older family members in our party we would have been a bit worried about their comfort.
