Lovely location and a lovely property really clean and spacious and in a good spot. Loved it! We would definitely go back.

Great location if you want just to relax by the lake
Perfect for outdoor people...lots of walking trails, cycling, watersports

Property was clean, well equipped and comfy

Love the fact dogs had to be kept on lead in the park and around the lakes!

Would definitely recommend this site. Owners/receptionist are very polite and helpful!

We've stayed in two properties now and this one is by far the better of the two. Spacious, well equipped and clean (apart from light fitting areas). Only downside, very creaky flooring and squeaky door handles.

We’ve just had a great stay at this lovely place. The house is well laid out, with all the facilities you would expect in a high-class setting. Stunning views of the lake, which are to be enjoyed even when the sun isn’t shining, and we kayaked on the other lake which is only a stone’s throw away. Plenty of decent places to eat close by and , if you want to eat out, there’s plenty to see and do with the children/grandchildren in the immediate area. We’ll definitely come again.

We fully occupied "Beach Lodge" with 4 adults and 2 children - aged 8 and 5.

It's a lovely location - an end of terrace Lodge overlooking the tranquil Isis Lake.

It was quieter than we expected for an August booking, although our two noisy grandsons probably disturbed our neighbours !!.

Had the weather been a bit more like Summer, we would have spent much more time sunning ourselves on the Lodge's south-facing terrace. It's a real sun-trap, but the sun has to be out, of course.

Even when the weather's dull and it's pouring down, the Lodge is light and airy, with great views of the lake from the full-length picture window in the master bedroom, and through the French windows in the spacious downstairs sitting room.

Our grandkids loved playing (when the weather permitted) on the small lakeside beach, just 400 metres away, and the playground with the zip-wire, which is also a short walk from "Beach Lodge".

V good,wife like the place good for a base to see the rest of the Cotswolds very clean lake go trout fishing, fish around the 2lb mark, lot of carp in Isis lake as well,

A great base to explore the Cotswolds. The site was lovely and well maintained,the houses were situated around the lakes and not all on top of each other. Great place to take the dogs with lots of space and walks . The house was lovely and well equipped spacious and light with all that you would need. We enjoyed a very relaxing two week stay the weather was brilliant allowing us to make use of the whole site .

Only had one complaint, which was the amount of goose droppings on the grass outside back of the property and around the lake. Not sure how you could resolve this. Other than that, the property was absolutely beautiful, did not want to come home! The surroundings were also lovely. Kids enjoyed the park, table tennis and the stream...would love to come back!

This is a very modern, clean and inviting property in a beautiful setting. It has some lovely touches such as the bottle opener on the wall next to the bar and the lights up the banister rail. The reed diffusers throughout the property gave each room a lovely fragrant scent and we felt very relaxed. Storage space has really been well planned out and there were all the amenities needed.

This is a new, well-furnished and well-equipped 3-bed property. Great view onto lawn and isis lake. A long way from the road so quiet too.
