The house was in a good location overlooking the lake. It was also well located for being able to get out and about exploring the area. London is only just over an hour away by train from Kemble train station and parking at the station was vey good. Our dog enjoyed the walks around Windrush and Isis lakes. The customer service was very good and and issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Hope to return.

5 nights at this lovely little place was fantastic and fell in-line with the gift of a late return to summer. The location was great tucked away with a beautiful lake view.
The general condition was comfortable, however the bathroom and ensuite require upgrading to make it accessible.
In short was a home away from home, with the tranquil settings.

The Orion representatives' level of customer care was exemplary, nothing was ever a problem, which definitely makes this location destination number 1.

Everything about our stay was 5 stars.

The property, the location, the customer service we experienced.

The only thing about the trip is it's left my family asking why we have never booked and stayed there previously, as we all loved it that much.

Great place for a family holiday. Good choice of activities and places to visit nearby. Kids really enjoyed the selection of games on a rainy day and our dog felt so happy and relaxed too. He even got a welcome gift pack which was a lovely touch. Early morning walks around the lake were divine.

Lovely accommodation, great location.
Could have had more updated information inside the accommodation about things to do etc.
Only stayed 2 nights, would definitely stay longer next time to explore more of the area.

We had a nice 3 night stay at the property and the property and surrounding were very good. There were some very minor things which needed sorting at the property but they did not detract from the positive stay.

We stayed in number 87 for a week. It was wonderful; very relaxing , just what we needed. The house was very comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. The scrabble even had a pen and paper! Loved the Bluetooth speaker table. Lovely to have a chair by the main bedroom window. My husband enjoyed fishing every day snd I was happy to read, crochet, listen to music, enjoy the view and walk the dog - plenty of places to walk locally. Thoroughly recommend and hope to return soon.

After a very stressful year and half, to have a week to escape was just what the doctor ordered; and we certainly weren’t disappointed.
The place was very welcoming, clean, comfortable, modern and very spacious.
Everything had been very well looked after and we wanted for nothing.
The view onto the lake was delightful, and we immediately felt less stressed after having only been there a short time.
In addition to the property being immaculately maintained, the whole site was beautifully manicured.
It all made our stay so refreshingly perfect.
Orion holidays themselves were so unbelievable helpful and patient with all my pre holiday questions.
Would definitely want to go again.

Second stay in 2 months. Different and slightly smaller property this time but had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect property. So easy to book and access to property was simple.

It's a fantastic lovely place very quite great for walking. Great walks around the area to walk the dog. Good fishing on site to give you a challenge especially if you fish the big lake. Very good holiday home but a little update on sofas would be nice. A nice touch is the welcome plate especially the biscuits. It's a bit pricey for a weekend away but would go back as we have several times.

A well maintained lodge in a great location on the lake- It is a little smaller than I expected with small bedrooms and rather tight en-suite facilities. The decking area was also quite small but was well equipped. Very good service from Orion and flexible owners much appreciated. Clean and tidy and everything worked well. Pleasant development.
