We were at least four hours overdue from said time we had given Dawn,on arrival we were greeted by Dawn as if we were family and made to feel at home right away, thank you for a lovely stay.

102 Westgate is a lovely flat in a large modern apartment building, overlooking the River Ouse. The location is excellent, and the flat itself is modern and well-equipped. It is kept impeccably clean.
I have to say that if this flat belonged to me, I would not want to rent it to anyone else, because the flat is so great. when I first saw the flat, the sound from my heart was "WOW" and thought that the landlord must be very generous! I enjoyed my holiday in York not only the beautiful city but also the comfortable flat. It has everything a person need for holiday home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this apartment and we were delighted to find that the same excellent standard had been maintained since our last visit. We received a warm welcome from Richard and it was lovely to recover from our long journey by watching the boats from the sitting room windows. We spent the week discovering more about the interesting history of York and enjoying some of the superb restaurants in the City. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.
As I work overseas, and no longer have a base in York, I've booked this house a few times now. Clearly if I could have found better, I would have stayed there insted, but, its the best I can find. My only comment has nothing to do with the property, but its the downside of being so close to Micklegate, and the noise of the drunken people returning home late at night. Other that, No: 7 is a charming property.

We had a fantastic three night stay with friends at the end of September beginning of October at 611 Westgate. The apartment is immaculate, comfortable and very tastefully decorated with nice surroundings. It is extremely well kitted out with everything you need for a home from home feel. We loved the balcony for hearing the bells of York Minster and watching the world go by. All in all an extremely relaxing time and having stayed in York many times before this is so central to walk to and from the town without being in it.
We really enjoyed our family holiday at 47a. It was our 4th stay at this property. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of the Minster. Parking is available outside the property for one car, with provided parking vouchers. The property has had some little improvements since our last stay, and the front garden and some of the soft furnishings have been improved. We hope to return soon.
Excellent location for York and a good base for locations further afield. Quiet and helpful neighbours just an added bonus
great property, in a good quiet location, short walk to the start of the city center, good local bus service to the train station and other attractions, the property is spotless and well presented.
The flat is well placed to get about York. Everything you would need for your stay is in the flat. Having a secure parking spot is great as parking in York can be a nightmare. York itself is a city that you have to visit at least once and is a delight to walk around. I would highly recommend this flat and would consider returning myself.
This flat was perfectly ideal for us in terms of location, parking space, shops, bars, restaurants and plenty more. This is the second time we stayed at Manor Court, previously was at no 14, it is almost the same layout except one of the toilet layout is different which it is for wheelchair friendly, I suggest a shower curtain will make it better so it won't wet the whole bathroom. I would recommend this place to anyone as it caters for all needs and is in an ideal location.
4 Crambeck Court is wonderful, even the second time around! The location is great, being met by Ellen works well, the kitchen is well appointed, it’s clean, light and the neighbors we have met are friendly and helpful. We look forward to a return visit.
Excellent location for York and for us the easy access to the racecourse and access to the City wall were a bonus. The Bishy road availability is also a big plus for shopping etc . The balcony was a lovely feature especially in the evening. Negative points were the lack of a pint of milk on arrival, the oven not working on the first evening (though the agents fixed this the following day), the dining table seemed to us a bit like Caravaning in the 1960s,
