When we finally found the holiday homes.. I made my way to reception to check in,, I came across a woman and I explained who I was and that we had a booking... I made small talk with her and she informed me that If I wanted a sea view house I needed to pay 50 euro,,, No one from relax told me this as I assumed from conversations that ALL houses had sea views... I paid the 50 euro only to discover that in fact I could see a bit of the sea over a corn field and only from the front of the house!!!! I had booked the deal for 550 and already I was 600 euro in!!!!!!!!!!!!! The website I was reading off said there are washing machines and dryers available in the house??? The DRYER turned out to be an AIRER!!!.. I read the papers we were left in the house which said all houses have sky.. in fact no houses had sky only the sky above them!... The WIFI was awful... we then were informed that there was a problem with all the stairs in all the houses and a workman would visit to nail down the nails sticking up... I had a 5 year old with me.. very dangerous... the decking on the back was covered in rusted nails and broken nails OH THE JOYS!!!!.. I was also led to believe that all the houses were fully booked that week ,,, Not True as in fact a lot of the houses were not EVEN finished!!!!!!!!! We were woken in the mornings by the sounds of workmen who worked all day!!!! We were booked for 7 days but we actually left on the Friday Night ,, I would not stay in them again, was disgusted by what we encountered with nails and screws and 50 euro to see the Sea am amazed!!!!! I would appreciate you to comeback to me on this as I have already sent an email...

Hi Ann, thank you for taking my call, I appreciate and we value feedback from all our guests. As discussed we are very sorry for your experience with us, the service from the wifi provider has not worked as well as we had hoped and we are told this is because of our location on the hook peninsula. from now a wifi dongle is available in reception for guests to use. our development opened on June 21st this year and we have had some work men on site in the early days, thankfully, all work is now completely and our houses are fully ready for occupancy. I was delighted to hear from you that you enjoyed your stay overall and thank you again for submitting your valuable feedback.
