A delightful cottage set in the owners grounds, perfectly positioned to enjoy the nearby South Downs National Park and the Sussex coast with easy access to Arundel, Chichester and Goodwood.

This converted garage has everything two people may ask for: it is quiet, spacious and sparkling clean. The owners are delightfully friendly and helpful.
It has a kitchenette with two bar stools - while we did not use it, it is equipped for i.e. breakfast or simple cooking.
Good bed, though not too large.
The bathroom is somewhat on the small side and there is not much space for your cosmetics, no shelves apart from the mirror's. Decent towels. However, the shower is large. No bathtub.
WIFI is stable and fast enough.
There is a sofa and a large enough TV, but we did not use these.

We had a wonderful few days at the Little House this August. Situated in the grounds of the owners lovely home it provides a really peaceful and secluded spot. We enjoyed the views of the fields from the bedroom window and the opportunity to sit out in the evenings looking out over the garden and the owners were extremely hospitable and helpful. For such a peaceful spot it is very well connected being only a few minutes drive to beach at Climping and to the local town Chichester as well as local attractions such as the Cass Sculpture Garden and Slindon Estate. Handily there is a decent sized Co-op in the village for any supplies.

It was a great place to stay close to a variety of good places to visit. Great base for a holiday!

The renovated garage has been converted to a very high standard. The well supplied kitchen was really well thought out and easy to cook in, although there were many good places to eat nearby, so we didn’t do a lot of cooking.

The bedroom in the eaves was very nice and we woke to a beautiful view across the countryside. The shower was really nice and the living space was well laid out. The hosts made us feel very welcome and invited us to use their garden which was absolutely beautiful!

For a secluded village setting Which was very peaceful, there is still a decent sized coop within walking distance for any groceries, or bottles of wine, you might need.

While we were there we visited Arundel (close by), Bognor, Chichester and Brighton all of which were easy to get to.

We had a lovely stay and would happily recommend it to others. The hosts were very caring and practical. They were ready to listen and help me with my specific needs as a disabled traveller.
