Owners lived on site which was not clear until after booking. 1st week no washing machine inconvenient.

Further to your comments it was made clear to you that the Owner was living on site when you enquired at the booking stage. Also, you forgot to mention in your comment about the washing machine which was being replaced that the Owner asked if you needed the machine and you said it wasn't a problem for a few days. The new washing machine was installed shortly afterwards.

Our 2nd stay this year .. a wonderful cottage fabulous secure garden .. our dogs love it . A spacious cottage with great facilities .. lovely attentive owners next door .. a home from home .. hope to stay again .

Loved the cottage, plenty of space, lovely garden, beautifully decorated.

Only complaint is if you are using this as a base there is a constant stream of traffic into newquay and therefore can take a while.

Lovely cottage in a good location. Near enough to Newquay but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. Well stocked kitchen and lovely garden. Three good sized bedrooms maybe just lacking a little storage space in the downstairs bedroom but we managed!!
Will hopefully be back.

We had a wonderful holiday at Little Bejowan cottage . Very well appointed with everything we needed . Fabulous spacious bedrooms and bathrooms . Fab secure garden for our dogs . Lovely lovely area ,dining room and spacious kitchen . Fabulous utility area with sink washer and dryer . We had a slight problem which was dealt with straight away by the owners who live next door . The cottage is on quite a busy main road . We will definitely book again .

This was a last minute booking & ohh how great a find it was...Original 17th Cottage externally retained & internally all mod cons.
Wonderful reception gift of Roses, Scones & Cream, Strawberry Jam , Cornish Tea & Coffee plus milk & local strawberries.. Extremely clean & well presented. Very convenient for all North Cornwall Coast visits..

I stayed for a week in this fantastic property with my sister and my 2 sons. The house was newly refurbished and had everything that we would look for in a holiday cottage. It was spotlessly clean on arrival with a welcome pack, including a cream tea, which was a lovely surprise. There was a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. There was also a nice, fully enclosed garden at the rear of the property. It was the perfect base from which to visit lots of lovely local beaches - we particularly enjoyed the walk to Porth Joke beach from West Pentire and we spent a couple of days at Crantock beach which was lovely and safe and when the tide went out we could kayak in estuary (get there early though as car parking can be difficult) - a very safe beach for families with young children. We would thoroughly recommend this holiday cottage and would like to thank the owners, Ben and Vicki, who were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this property!
