Vellum Stone has two bedrooms sleeping up to four persons. It has one double bedroom and a second bedroom with adult-size bunk beds. It has a large open-plan living area with a kitchen/dining/living area. The cottage has a bathroom with a bath/shower above, WC and handbasin.

Really lovely cottage, very clean and welcoming. The cream tea on arrival was a special treat!! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool & games room but we had a little look and they looked fab! We visited Bath while staying and it was an easy drive from the cottage. Would recommend to anyone visit Bath or surrounding area and if coming back would definitely stay again.

We organised a family gathering at CFCC in early September - the weather was good and the welcome at CFCC warm and helpful. We were in the cottages and the Granary, which is a lovely space. We used the acorn room which was comfortable for our event.

We booked out all the cottages at Church Farm to accommodate a family and friends celebration weekend. There were several couples with youngsters and the availability of the pool was a real hit with all the children and some of their parents too. A great facility whether the weather is inclement or not. The games room was also well used, and we held a table tennis tournament for the adults.
All the cottages were very well equipped with good quality linen and kitchenware including a full set of sharp knives – something we rarely find in a rental property but certainly gets 10/10 from us. There is also a Smart TV in every cottage.
The space in front of the cottages is surrounded by hedgerows and gates, which is ideal, as the children could not inadvertently wander into the car park. It also provided a great communal space for everyone to enjoy socialising together. The owners lent us a gas BBQ which we made good use of, and we thank them for that.
We had the option to use the function room but happily the weather was relatively kind to us, and we did not need to decamp into this at all. However, it is a bonus to have it available if required.
We would certainly recommend this venue to anyone.

My husband and our children were part of the Bentley family who stayed from 3rd - 7th April. We had the most wonderful time. The cottage itself is gorgeous and has everything you need, it's a real home from home.
Starting the day with a swim in the lovely warm indoor pool was a luxury which we all enjoyed, and the location was idyllic.
The lambing experience run by Becky, Harriet and Chris was brilliant - seeing the lambs, some not even 24 hours old was something special

We stayed in the Vellum Stone, Rickbarton and Stapeley cottages for a hen do. We all like a drink but just wanted to sit and chat of an evening. This was the perfect escape!! Every cottage was really clean, the decor was great and nothing felt old or scruffy, they are really cared for.
We booked the Walnut room and had Flowers of Bath come to do a flower crown workshop. The room was perfect and we all had such a wonderful time. So grateful to have that on site.
