An excellent centre attentive staff thoughtful complimentary gifts even the dog was included plus milk in the fridge and some Welsh Cakes most acceptable.
A fabulous holiday, my one criticism would be that groups of young men are permitted to book accommodation which resulted in an extremely noisy final nights stay. This however would not stop me from booking another holiday with you.
Thoroughly enjoyed our time with you all. The service was excellent and all staff on site were so accommodating. My children were so happy there and a special thanks to the girls in the stables who really took time out to explain to my children the workings in the barn. Views were spectacular and I don’t have a bad word to say about our stay with you. We hopefully will be back soon!!
The view from this accommodation is amazing! We have just stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. We have a 2 year old, myself who is 33 weeks pregnant and my mother who is 67. Unfortunately because the farm is based at the top of a large hill (which is why gives it such great views) we were unable to walk to and from the beach (around 1.5 miles) parking is not the easiest at Mumbles but we were there in summer holidays. The accommodation is quaint and fine for a base which is what we needed it for. My daughter LOVED all of the animals on the farm. I would recommend this plac...more
Booked this venue for a 2 day team building session, everything was perfect, from the rooms and the scenery and the staff were absolutely brilliant!
We booked this so very excited and upon arrival it was clear that although this is a great museum, it is not set up to be a bed and breakfast, nor is it conducive to having children on the home, despite it being advertised as such. There were small breakable things in every single surface of the home, as well as no way to even slightly darken any of the bedrooms. Breakfast was minimal and the pancakes were left uncovered in the evening for the morning meal. We ended up renting a hotel with our kids while my parents stayed. There was no soap for renters, and the beds were as hard as could be. W...more
We enjoyed our stay here and it was a perfect location for our large family group. Loved hearing the cattle bellowing
It was a perfect location for our large family group. We went on lovely, picturesque walks and played rounders in the garden.
Stables Cottage is uphill from beautiful Clyne Gardens. We had a great welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The animals on the farm are very well looked after. Our granddaughter loved feeding the pig and visiting the rabbits. She had so much freedom in her Wales home. Our dog also had a fantastic time! The cottage is spacious and very well equipped. The walks from the farm are easy to access. Grandad loved watching the horses come down from the fields with a little help from Ted, the farm dog. The shop was very limited and could have sold more items such as bread and milk. A...more
In my view the whole set up is in need of an upgrade. It is untidy, weeds every where and rotting boards cladding buildings. The layout of the apartment was nice but was not clean. The shower was a joke and hopefully was not advertised as suitable for wheel chair use. The mats at the front door had not been lifted or cleaned for months resulting in more dirt being taken into building. In fairness kitchen was good, nice big dining table but sheets had to be changed on one of the beds. It could not be described as a working farm and although horses used the yard daily it was never cleaned down...more
