Lovely apartment, beautifully and comfortably furnished. Location perfect for the Shambles, Minster, bus stops further afield and M&S for food.

The apartment is in an excellent location, is very tastefully furnished and immaculately clean. Amenities are also good. The duvet was clearly excellent quality but was far too warm - a lighter one for summer months would be a good idea. There was a nespresso machine but no pods in the welcome pack. The welcome pack was insufficient for two breakfasts for two people (only 2 coffee bags and 2 sugars - had to buy extra) and would have expected fresh milk for this price. TV didn't work as per welcome pack instructions. Checkout time of 10am is a little early. Having said all of that, these are minor issues and we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review the property. We are really pleased to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay. With reference to your feedback, we will ensure that there are some Nespresso pods left for our guests and will update the operating instructions for the TV. As the apartment is self catering the welcome bags are a small gift from ourselves that include some coffee, tea and treats to welcome you to the property and ensure that you have something to get your holiday off to the right start. We hope that the above will ensure that future guest will fully enjoy their stay with us and we hope to welcome you back to York in the not too distant future.

Unbeatable location and very clean. Thank you for hosting us. We were also allowed early checkin for free after calling day of which was super helpful
