Situated in a fantastic village which has absolutely everything that you need, yet only 20 mins drive to the centre of York - Perfect!

This was an amazing property, the warmth and welcoming from Graham was most appreciated. A little difficulty finding it in the dark but we did get there.
Such generosity and fabulous welcome pack of goodies to eat, small gestures around the area of gifts and sweets.
Locality so convenient for public transport and locality of hostelries, restaurants, shops all on the doorstop. Plenty of places to eat or get take aways and even a pub next door.
You will be so pleased you picked this property when you stay and will want to return.
Owners Graham and Jane live local and nothing is too much trouble. We all loved it.

Overly Satisfied with the Cottage.

Tbh the pictures don’t do it any justice whatsoever, the decor in this place was second to none.

Absolutely stunning.

Quite possibly the best air BnB we have ever used.

Hats off to the owner.

Highly recommended, perfect location.
