The room flooring needs upgrading and maintenance. Flooring sheets are coming off especially at the bathroom/ toilet area. Routine maintenance must carried out to keep the room in good shape for improved customer satisfaction.
As our stay was long I was expecting the towels will be changed at least once and room cleaned. I am not sure if this your policy. Hope to hear from you.

My partner and I really enjoyed staying in Apartment 7. It was the perfect size for two of us and was in a great location just 5 mins walk from the station. It had everything we needed for cooking dinner and tea/coffee provided. The apartment was warm and the heated towel rack was great for November! Shower was always hot. Thought it was great value for money and clean. It was nice to provide a washing pod and new towels for washing up. Wifi was fast. There were only 2 downsides. Unfortunately someone had been heavily smoking in the apartment before us, we could smell it all around the rooms and on our clothes after a while. Not the property’s fault as they do make it clear no smoking is allowed, it just took away from how nice the apartment is. The security light outside was also very bright through the window next to the bed which made it hard to sleep with the type of blinds in the apartment.

Very enjoyable stay the appartment was quiet very functional and everything was there that I needed. Shops pubs restaurants all close and very good thanks for a lovely stay. Thanks John

Great location, room was very nice and clean just needs a bit of a tidy up as the door on the boiler was missing and the floor in the bathroom is coming up. The security lighting outside makes you feel you’re sleeping through the day; blackout blinds would help.
It’s in a great area, Partisan, skosh, rattle owl are 3 great places to eat and the Ackhorne pub, falcon bar are great if you like Beer.

Good location near to the railway station and the centre of York. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and modern shower room.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival with chocolate, biscuits and tea/coffee.
The check in instructions were received the day before arrival and also contained a useful guide about the apartment, attractions in York, and some restaurant recommendations (we tried the Old Siam just around the corner as recommended and it was great). On the morning of arrival I received a text message confirming that the apartment was available for check in anytime which was very helpful.
The only negative was that our apartment did not have a hanging rail/wardrobe or anywhere to store clothes during our stay.
