The weather may not have allowed us to see Snowdonia, but there was plenty to get excited about. The forest, the sea shore, the cosiness of Ty Fferam Bailey, all beautiful on a rainy winters day.

With 12 of us including 2 babies, finding a place like Fferam Bailey isn't easy! However, not only did it swallow us all up easily but it had plenty of the right facilities to cope with us all! The kitchen has a surprising variety of appliances so it was great to cook from fresh for a houseful. And because of all the different rooms downstairs we had plenty of spaces to have more formal meals in the dining room and more impromptu ones in the kitchen. The sitting room is massive with a fab log burner and is full of light and spectacular views across to Snowdonia. There is a smaller front room which we used as an office - wifi was great so a few of us did some work too. Would highly recommend!

We needed somewhere very special to celebrate our Golden Wedding for a long weekend with our family of 3 sons, 3 daughters in law, 5 grandchildren and a dog. And ourselves, two 79 year olds. It had to be deeply rural, warm, comfortable, have good walks nearby, both easy and more difficult. AND to be reachable from Bristol, North Lancashire, and Dublin. Ty Ferram Bailey fulfilled all of our needs. There was also a Waitrose within 15 minutes by car .

The kitchen was large and well equipped. There was an excellent dining room, good bathrooms, two lounges, and plenty of parking. It had style. It was quiet. It had a seriously fantastic view of Anglesey's green landscapes, the sea and Snowdonia's mountains.

The administration was good too. If we are all alive in 25 more years, we could be back !

Super well kitted out, spacious, cosy home. Perfect for exploring Anglesey and would be incredible for a big group. A cup of tea watching the sunrise over the Welsh hills and feasting on th blackberries from the garden were our stay highlights.

Our extended family of 14 persons from a three year old to grandparents all greatly enjoyed our holiday. The property has very relaxing views from the back of the house across the garden and is fairly close to sandy beaches and other amenities.



Ideal for a multi-generation family holiday.

We stayed at Ty Fferam Bailey for a long weekend as a family. As soon as we arrived we were blown away by the stunning view and tranquil location. It was the perfect balance of peaceful and remote, while still being super close to lots of fantastic beaches, restaurants and things to do.

The house itself has everything you could possibly need, which made our stay super easy - especially with children. My daughter in particular loved the gardens and swing set.

I would highly recommend Ty Fferam Bailey to anyone and have already told all our friends! We'll definitely be back.

What a stay we had. Although the house accommodates 14 guests (quite easily may I add), only 7 of us went and it was still brilliant. The house is nice and spacious to enjoy as a group but with enough living areas to retire to if you want a bit of time to yourself. Its located perfectly within the countryside to enjoy the nice idilic space but close enough to all the amenities that you don't feel like its a chore if you have to nip out and get something. Its also located within a short drive of local countryside and beaches. We loved our time in Rhosneigr and Newborough on our days out. The house is clean, tidy, modern with some lovely features. The fire place in the main living space being our favourite. Thank you for a great mid week break. We will be back for sure.

We had a fabulous long weekend in this spacious and comfortable house. The house and grounds were enjoyed by 8 adults and 6 children (aged 8 months to 9 years old) and all had a busy time enjoying the gardens and views. Great location for a peaceful weekend.

We had a relaxing winter stay at Ty Fferam Bailey. The house was warm, cosy and the sofas comfy - much needed after windswept walks on the beach. If you like to cook then you will find the kitchen excellent. Sharp knives and good pans - not often found in holiday homes !

The kitchen is also a great place for the family to gather and eat before relaxing in the two lounges. The clouds didn’t fully clear when we stayed but we got glimpses of the fantastic views of Snowdonian mountains. All in all a great stay



So good we booked it again while there!

We are a party of 14 adults, so it’s a mean feet to find a house that comfortably fits all of us and doesn’t feel crowded. Ty Fferam Bailey is the dream! It’s a stunning property and every room is beautiful. On our 4th night we booked again for our reunions!

This would be the forth time the Operation Motorsport team has stayed a Fferam Bailey. We use the farm house to house our team and prepare meals for the entire team of 40 each November. The renovations and updates to the property since our last visit were much appreciated. The location is great as it's only 15 minutes to Trac Mon. Unforetunately the 2 things we needed most, the stove top and washer/dryer, were not operating and made things less than ideal from a logistics perspective. We hope that this will not be an issue next year.

This holiday home is beautiful. It's location is stunning, with amazing views and the inside is done to a very high standard. It is perfectly set up for 14 adults to stay, but would also suit a group with children very well. As a massive bonus it also has some very lovely mugs in the cupboard!

We've just returned from a lovely weekend with the kids. What an amazing place Ty Fferam Bailey is. It's a beautiful, clean, well kept and spacious home which you can lose yourself in. We arrived on a cold January evening to a very inviting and warm place. Very well heated for an older building. Although there was just the four of us, this is a place that can comfortably host a few families and you'd still be able to find space. The views from the back are stunning and I can only imagine what a summer's evening around the BBQ would be like. Highly recommended for family gatherings or friends reuniting!

We stayed at Ty Fferam bailey for just a weekend, along with friends. With 4 adults and 8 children, there was ample space for everyone without losing that homely feel.
Upon arrival, we were struck by the view of the Snowdonia mountain range from a huge garden area. The kids, gravitating toward the rope swing and play area.
Easily entering the property, using the instructions given, we started with an exploration of all the rooms, hearing squeals of excitement from the kids as they discovered all there was to offer.
The house is VERY spacious and really holds that "wow" factor.
We loved the wood burner in the main lounge ( 1 of 2 in both the lounge and snug ) spending both nights, with a glass of wine in front of the fire, in deep conversation with the teenagers ( a rare moment !)
There are 4 bathrooms in the house which is needed with a large group, one with underfloor heating, which we all loved, and the other with a roll-top bath ......what an experience to fit my whole 6' 2' body into a bath all at once !!
All the bedrooms are spacious and in contrast to most places we have stayed, everyone agreed the beds were comfortable.
The kitchen is the hub of the house with a large dining table in the middle it created a real social area at mealtimes.
Whist in Anglesey we explored one of the many beaches nearby, the nearest being a 10-minute drive. We also visited parys mountain before leaving, which is a must if you stay here - a fascinating place.
This would be a fantastic base in the summer to explore Angelsey .

All in all, we would highly recommend this wonderful home for large groups or families.

Best moment - watching the sunrise on the first morning.
Worst moment ..... leaving!

We loved the seamless sense of a large refurbed property but with snugger options (it was January after all!). Brilliantly located and brilliantly equipped, with an iconic Anglesey view of the mountains. Real sense of peace about it. Smart and homely all at once

Wonderful view from spacious garden. Children loved the play equipment.
Well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for 15 of us to enjoy eating together, playing games and sleeping!
Would recommend the beach (20 minutes drive) with red squirrels woodland walk if weather not so good.
Hope to stay again.
