The villa was great - a good size, well equipped and well maintained.
There were 3 small issues:
Getting extra sheets - this was arranged only after 4 follow up calls
Cleaning on the Saturday half way through our 2 week stay - this was arranged after 3 calls. We were very grateful to the team that came at 4pm in the afternoon.
The kitchen fan extractor - this still has not been fixed.

Otherwise all was good.

Fabulous villa in a great location. Lovelly outdoor space, pool and BBQ area. Had a problem with water supply on the first morning, but after texting Leigh at Morgan and Morgan at 8am, I had a fast reply and a plumber was sent and everything sorted by lunch time, even though it was a Sunday! Very impressed with the excellent service!!!! It's no good having an amazing villa if the service from the company is poor as sometimes things do happen, but having such excellent fast service makes the difference. Will definitely be using Morgan and Morgan again.

My family and I have stayed in several villas in Pollensa over the last 5 years, and although Ca Na Bennessar could accommodate a large group it was more quantity over quality! We had a terrible drain smell all week, which meant one of the bedrooms could not even be used it was so bad, the letting agent tried their best to eradicate! The villa was well equipped but would benefit from modernising generally and spending some money on the gardens and driveway, as I would not describe it as shabby chic but somewhat 'shabby' in places especially the casita!

I take on board the comment over the smell, but it is unfair for you to amplify the problem by saying the whole house, I was at the property and the smell was coming from the small bathroom upstairs. The previous clients had put children's wet wipes and a lot of tissue in to the toilets causing a blockage. After mentioning the smell we came to the house immediately with a plumber and spent 3 hours at the property treating the upstairs bathroom (certainly not the whole house). On Tuesday you told me the smell was much better but still a faint smell in the bathroom upstairs, but you confirmed it was much improved. We have had clients in straight after you who are thrilled and very happy with the villa, I personally checked the villa again this week and the smell is very faint and hopefully we have rectified the problem. It is very important that clients respect it is a finca and not on mains water the sewage system is through a septic tank, and although is new and serviced regularly, large groups flushing foreign objects down the toilet is bound to cause problems. Regarding modernisation, we have other contemporary modern houses newly renovated with designer kitchens and contemporary Uber furniture, however this is a Spanish finca in the countryside. The finca is well built, solid but not modern. The owners have invested a lot of time and money into making the place cosy. Your comments on our driveway and garden I completely disagree with you, they are beautiful, it is lush and has abundance of plants, we have full time gardener who does tremendous job. I also have clients telling me this is the best villa they have stayed in. I am sorry we didn't meet up to your expectations but I think you perhaps you have been slightly unfair, you have given location 3 out of 5 it is Cami De Can Toxta probably one of the most beautiful roads in Pollensa, you have given the service 3 out of 5 respond to your complaint immediately, let you check in early, arranged bikes, helmets for you trip, cleanliness 3 out of 5 the place has 5 cleaners changing the house over and we have impeccable standards of cleanliness, comfort 3 out of 5, beds are good quality, all Egyptian cotton sheets quality pillows and towels, sofas, sunbeds are new. Value 2 out 5 it sleeps 14 and is priced very reasonable for 5 bedroom property in this location and street. I have shown clients the property today who have been looking at several villas to rent for their family for 3 months next year and I am pleased to say they have picked Can Bennassar it certainly meets their expectation level.

Nice house and wonderful garden. Great location near Pollenca and beaches. Clean house.

On the down side: Sharp edges in pool was not good for the children who cut their feet. And no contact with the agency about this problem and a smelly sink in one of the bathrooms.

Dear Paul, Further to my explanation today your email that you sent to me on the last day of your holiday I did not receive and went straight into the junk only having read this review made me discover what had happened. The pool is cleaned twice a week the maintenance guy has treated the steps in order to avoid scratches, also the week you stayed we had a heat wave in the 40s and with a large group of people it unfortunately turn cloudy towards the end of the week. At any point any cleanliness issues are raised we will immediately rectify. The upstair bathroom we have now treated again the heat and the acidity releases odours but we have treated to reduce the acidity level. Any problem all of our guests have our mobile telephone so we will rectify immediately. Best wishes.
