We recently had a midweek stay here, there were 18 of us, mixed ages from 13-75. We had such a wonderful break, so much so that I keep browsing the website at the pictures! Pining for a return! The weather was a mixed bag but that was fine because the beach was a short stroll away meaning we could nip back and forth if we wanted to head out to explore. Personally I didn’t venture to the local pubs purely because there was enough to do at the house/beach but others in the group said Gladlys was the best out of the two locals. The spa is HUGE! We had a wonderful weekend to celebrate my Mum’s 90th birthday. The house was lovely and Dan was really helpful. Some of the furniture was dated and not in a great state but we looked beyond that. I would suggest new pillows, all a bit flat and hard but the beds were comfortable. We were pretty lucky with the weather, local walks and facilities for children were exceptional. I would definitely recommend but some modernisation would make it an even better experience.
