Kate and Neil have created something very special at Valley View Cottages . This was our second stay in Buzzard's Watch this year. The location is beautiful and the whole experience feels like a quiet retreat from a noisy world. Easy access to Cenarth , Ceredigion , Poppit Sands and a fabulous coast line as well as Narberth in the South Kate and Neil are great hosts . There is you need them but otherwise unobtrusive . We will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend .

We have friends locally and have stayed at a few places nearby and Kate & Neil run the best place in West Wales. The facilities are excellent, the location is beautiful and quiet (except when we stay) and the owners are lovely. I begrudgingly recommend Valley View to anyone wishing to stay in Pembs as we don't want it to get too busy!
My 3rd visit, love the peace and tranquility yet it is an easy drive to so many places, beaches and good food. Neil and Kate are excellent hosts who happily put themselves out to make your stay a good one. No hesitation in recommending Valley View Cottages.
