Recently refurbished throughout, Bob's Beach House is a unique holiday cottage offering comfortable and luxury accommodation in the centre of Beadnell Village. Full of home comforts and quality fittings throughout, Bob's Beach House Sleeps six guests across three bedrooms, with two bathrooms, making it an ideal family getaway. Two dogs (no bigger than a Labrador) are welcome at the property, with large, enclosed, lawned gardens available, just moments away from the beach. Enjoy direct access to the dunes and the beach through the back garden gate. Free Wi-Fi and private, driveway parking for up to two cars. The village's amenities, including the popular eatery, The Landing, are all within walking distance of Bob's Beach House, making it the perfect coastal cottage.

Can’t recommend this property enough! Super cosy, the beds were all really comfortable and everything was immaculate. The enclosed garden was a really good size which was really great for letting the dog out and it couldn’t have been any better situated…. Out the back door along a short path and straight onto the dunes of Beadnell’s beautiful sandy beach. We staycation every year because of our dogs , this was the first time we’ve booked with Coquet Cottages and I must say they were fantastic, from the email they sent with a multitude of information on both the house and the area, the very helpful text I received to let us know what bin was due to be collected and the telephone call from a lovely lady just to check all was ok the day after we arrived. We had a lovely stay and are already looking at dates for next year!

The location was excellent. We liked the upside down layout, but the bedroom furniture was very poor and we needed to repair the bed in the double bedroom. The kitchen was tired also and the en-suite toilet seat was in need of repair.
Parking was very good and we loved the decking area. The towels were excellent!

We have just returned from a lovely 2 weeks at Bobs beach house. It was warm, very clean, well equipped and ideally situated for the beach. We have already booked to return next year so that is a recommendation in itself.

Such a lovely house! Perfect for two adults, two children and a dog.

Garden is fully enclosed so no issues leaving the door open for the dog. Almost direct beach access. House was spotless and the hamper was ace!

We booked this property for a holiday with our family including 2 grandsons and a dog. The service Coquet Cottages provided was excellent. The house was situated 2 minutes from the beach which was perfect for the grandsons to play and explore.
The accommodation and facilities were probably the best we had experienced in several years of booking holiday cottages.

From the minute we stepped into Bob's Beach House we knew that we had made the correct choice for our accommodation. It was lovely and clean, spacious, bright and airy. The utility room was a blessing for a place to keep our sandy dog when we came off the beach. No dog lead required as you came out of the back door on to a sandy path and over a sand dune to a superb lovely sandy beach. Beadnell Bay is beautiful and very clean. The hampers were a great touch and contained lots of goodies, the dog hamper was just brilliant and very thoughtful. We also thought that the app you provided was very useful in providing general info about the house and also info about the area etc. The Landings is a good place to visit for drinks and food we also ate at Crasters pub the food was very good. Highly recommend the coastal walk from Beadnell to Seahouses and Bamburgh ( superb beach) . Will definitely return.

Tucked away in a quiet corner yet two minutes walk from a most amazing beach. Facing West means that the balcony is perfect for a glass of wine after a day out. and the living area is light and bright all day. There is a brief view of the sea and Outer Farne Lighthouse from a corner of the dining area. The bedrooms are spacious and being downstairs are a little cooler in the hot weather.
The house is well equipped and very comfortable and I would return for another holiday.
