View from the property is exactly as described 'bay view'. Perfect for watching waves, seabirds & dolphins.
The house was clean & comfortable. We ate out mostly as the local restaurants are great but kitchen is well resourced.

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the property and the exceptional views.

The decorations on the walls are delightful.

The armchairs are in a good condition and very comfortable but the settee is very low for those of us with bad knees!

It is a shame that there are some bad stains on the rug in the sitting room area.

Fabulous views. Everything worked.
Outdoor seating not comfortable, especially if, like my wife, you need reasonable back support.

Lovely house in a wonderful location with the sea almost literally on your doorstep. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge watching the changing sea with waves crashing on the rocks, and spraying over the sea wall at times. The children enjoyed the rock pools and also playing on the safe sandy beach. We also saw dolphins. Tastefully decorated house with comfortable beds.

Really enjoyed our stay at Bay View, the location is perfect and the view fabulous. Easy walk into Amble across the pier and close to the beaches. The house is very comfortable and welcoming. A great holiday.

We stayed last week at Bay View in Amble for a week. This is a lovely property with stunning views and is set in a brilliant location as you can do some lovely walks and visit Amble town, which has a number of lovely restaurants.
This is our third trip to Bay View and we will be definitely heading back again. I would certainly recommend it.

Very very good. Please sort out the ground cover infront of the house. Buy a new flag. This is letting the property and Coquet down.I

We have just enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in an area where there is plenty of walks, beaches and restaurants. The cottage is extremely comfortable and spacious even with 4 adults and 2 small dogs and the view from the living room was just amazing.

Lovely house, brilliant views. Was an issue with the heating timer when we arrived but a quick phone call and we were sorted. Great customer service. Great welcome hamper.

We really enjoyed our stay with you. Lovely cottage in super position and we love - Amble.
Our only comment is on the chairs. They are very low and 2 not very agile (dare I say more senior citizens) found it very difficult to get up. In fact help was sometimes needed.
Otherwise a most enjoyable holiday - if only it could have been longer.

This is our second stop in Amble with coquet cottages. The accommodation and location are both excellent. Prefect family break away. Will definitely stay at Bay view again.

Almost in the sea! Greatest views across the bay and sunsets. Saw Dolphins swimming off the pier. The views and sound of the waves were wonderful - so relaxing.

Our second stay at this lovely property. When we arrived there was a strong easterly blowing and the waves were crashing over the promenade. The sea scape was constantly changing from raging storm to flat calm when we watched a pod of dolphins fishing in the mouth of the estuary. All from the comfort of the nicely furnished lounge with floor to ceiling windows. That really is the highlight. Views like this are very rare.

The property itself is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. Amble is a great base for touring this fantastic area of Northumberland and beyond. We have already booked a return stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bay View cottage. The location is superb we loved watching the waves at high tide. Wonderful cottage which I would highly recommend.

We loved the cottage, it was very clean & welcoming & it had everything you need for a weeks stay. The beds & pillows were very comfortable & we all slept well every night.
A great location for the village shops & restaurants & for simply relaxing with the patio doors open staring out to sea.
We were also impressed with the Coquet Cottages 'Information app' that you can download before you travel, that not only gives you so much information on the local area but also on the cottage itself.

Bay View has an unrivalled position in Amble for sea views right on the doorstep. You can sit in the lounge or on the outside terrace in fine weather and you have uninterrupted views of the harbour, the sea and even to Coquet island on a clear day. We loved this and have now stayed in the property twice.
It is also easy walking distance to many fabulous eateries and pubs and shopping opportunities.
The house itself is extremely well equipped and comfortable and with parking for 2 cars it is perfect for 2 couples or a family.
I have no hesitation in recommending this property, except it may result in it not being available next time we want to stay!
