Situated in the heart of Amble Fishing Town, Camellia Grove can accommodate up to four guests in two bedrooms (one king-size bedroom and one twin single bedroom that can be converted into a super-king bed on request) and 1 family bathroom. With an open-plan living room and dining space, a separate kitchen, and a gorgeous conservatory, the property is cosy yet very comfortable for a family break or a getaway with friends. The sun-trap south-east facing garden is very spacious with a pretty lawn area and large patio, and BBQ provided for guest use. Two small to medium-sized dogs (no bigger than a Labrador) are welcome to stay at Camellia Grove too. Graded 4 stars with a prestigious GOLD award.

A fabulous house in such a great location. Amble and surrounding area has so much to offer.
We so enjoyed our week and thankfully were blessed with amazing weather.
The house couldn’t be more central and everything was literally on the doorstep. We had no need to use the car other than outings.
The conservatory was wonderful to sit and have morning coffee etc and the garden and grass out of the back gate were such a bonus for us and our dog!
House very comfortable and the welcome box was much appreciated.
Mike good to communicate with as well.

Camellia Grove is a lovely cottage in a very quiet location just a short stroll from the harbour & plenty of amenities that Amble has to offer. The cottage is very nicely decorated and was clean & inviting with a thoughtful welcome pack including some goodies for our Boston Terrier Colonel Patrick. The bed was super comfy as were all the furnishings.
We enjoyed coffee in the sun room each morning the garden was private and very secure for our little dog.
The position of Camellia Grove made it an ideal base for some beach walks and walking to warkworth as we enjoyed some lovely weather in the few days we were there. Lunch at the Boathouse in Amble & Bertrams in Warkworth were excellent.
We would definitely recommend Camellia Grove and we hope to stay again next time the two of us are in Amble with our dog

I suppose on first arriving the street doesn't feel 'seasidey' but the cottage is very pretty from the outside and even better once through the door. The whole house has been so tastefully decorated and maintained. Every item thoughtfully purchased and looks so stylish. The quality is very high too. There aren't notices everywhere telling you what you should or shouldn't do in the house. Due to the weather being too cold we didn't take advantage of the outside space, which, again was in good order. Amble is a great base for exploring the area with fine fish restaurants and ice cream. Could use a good coffee shop though.
All in all a great holiday. Oh and the welcome pack was great. Much better than my sisters who stayed in a harbour front apartment.

Thank you for leaving a lovely review following your stay at Camellia Grove. We are delighted to hear you had a great holiday and that you benefitted from the wonderful welcome pack. Being located in the busy fishing village of Amble makes this property perfectly located for exploring the coastline, the many wonderful restaurants and cafes on the high street and a short walk from the lovely harbour. We look forward to welcoming you back to Northumberland again in the future.

We have had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. Superb location just around the corner from Amble Harbour and all its amenities.
The property is clean and comfortable and spacious.
Only one little niggle. The gate from the rear garden leads directly on to a grassed area. However behind the gate is obviously used to deposit grass cutting from the small lawn. This has left a build up of dead decaying cuttings which you have to walk through. Neighbouring properties have gates also and keep the area of grass behind their gates neatly cut which looks really good.
Camellia Grove would benefit from this as the access from the rear garden is great as the area beyond leads directly to the harbour and other areas.

We had an amazing holiday here. The home has everything you could possibly need. The welcome hamper was lovely too. You are so close to everything Amble has to offer. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by too. We will be back next year.

We were looking for somewhere different to go for the New Year and decided on Amble. Having stayed at a Coquet property before we chose this one.
The location was great with just the occasional need to park further up the street - bring the middle of winter there were few tourists about.
The property was excellent and we were very impressed with the high quality kitchen appliances. Beds were comfortable and there was no noise from adjacent properties.
All in all it is highly recommended.

A great place to stay. All the home comforts. Beautiful inside and out. Very central to the shops and harbour.
The hamper was fab! The dogs got their own treat box which was lovely. We visited Seahouses, Holy Island, Warkworth
Beadnell and many others. Just not enough time but I’m sure we’ll be back……
We didn’t want to leave.

Camellia Grove is a beautiful 2 bedroom house ideally located in Amble. The high street is a minute's walk away and so is the harbour village with all the shops, attractions and restaurants.
There was a lovely welcome hamper and lots of essentials in the house which took away the worry of having to buy extras or travel with everything.
Would definitely recommend!

Good location within walking distance of all amenities but parking was an issue, particularly for the neighbours. Nice touch with the welcome pack but thought a doggy welcome pack was to be provided too. Nice house with a welcome feel and very clean and comfortable.

We had two issues, but overall the accommodation was good and the furniture excellent. When we arrived the oven wouldn’t work saying it needed an eco clean. The instructions told you how to use it when it worked but not how to fix it when it didn’t. We worked it out but the eco clean took an hour and then there was a further hour delay before the oven was usable. The second issue was the water which tasted bad and made tea and coffee taste equally bad. Eventually solved by buying bottled water and boiling it in a saucepan. Don’t let me give you the wrong impression, those issues apart we were very happy there.
