Heron House in Alnwick is a terraced Victorian house in the historic market town of Alnwick. This characterful house sleeps 4 guests and is ideally located to explore all Northumberland has to offer. One dog welcome.

Excellent accommodation within walking distance of town centre.

Decorated and appointed to a high standard, this Victorian town house is fitted with modern amenities and provided a "home from home" welcome on arrival. Spacious rooms, and furnished to a high standard, the property is highly recommended. Coupled with "finishing touches" such as a quality welcome pack (for both the visitor and pet dog!) you felt welcome from the moment of arrival.

Parking was easy, and the property is within reasonable walking distance of the town centre. There are a couple of convenience stores close by also.

The owners clearly make a real effort to create the welcome and make sure the property is maintained to a high standard. You will not regret your stay at Heron House.

A personal warm welcome and welcome hamper awaited us in the extremely clean and spacious kitchen. A thoughtful touch was the extra doggy treats/blankets/bowls for our little dog. The standard of everything is excellent. Super comfy beds. Warm, welcoming and relaxing accommodation. Everything you could need, cleverly designed. Excellent location for Alnwick, an easy walk into town. Lots of thoughtful and useful touches, a real home from home with everything you need. The best self catering accommodation I've stayed in. Will definitely return!
