The Coasthouse is located in the pretty little village of Beadnell. Boasting gorgeous coastal views from the impressive balcony and main bedroom, the interior is beautifully designed throughout with luxury and comfort in mind. Sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. This gorgeous holiday home benefits from a generous-sized living room with large patio doors leading out onto the south-facing balcony. The dining kitchen is very impressive with a large dining table, prep island, modern appliances, and very large patio doors leading out to the sociable garden space providing an indoor/ outdoor flow for the summer months, including a charcoal BBQ. There is private, off-road parking for 2 cars. Free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout. Free Digital Guidebook. 5 stars with a GOLD award.

Everything you could wish for.

Loved the house and it was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed and liked the fact that we could walk to beach and restaurants. The only downside was the children’s playground behind the property. This was permanently busy and noisy which was fine when we took our grandchildren but not when wanted to sit out. We didnt sit on the balcony at all despite the lovely weather. Also teenagers frequented the playground at night sometimes into the early hours of the morning and they were much noisier than the children. Would certainly return to Beadnell but probably not during school holidays. Very impressed with Coquet Cottages and loved the welcome pack which was much appreciated after a very long journey.

Thank you for your lovely review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed The Costhouse and found it beautifully appointed with everything you needed. It's wonderful that you appreciated being able to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the noise from the children's playground. This is the first time we've received feedback about noise from the playpark, but we appreciate your comments. We're glad to hear that your grandchildren enjoyed the playground, though! Beadnell is indeed a gorgeous village, and we're pleased to hear that you had such a positive experience with Coquet Cottages and enjoyed the welcome pack kindly provided by the owners. We hope to welcome you back to Northumberland soon.

The house was perfect for our three generations. Brilliantly equipped. We really enjoyed the big screens, the terrace, the proximity to the beach, ease of parking. The house was very clean on arrival and the welcome box very generous. We really hope to come again. Another excellent Coquet let!

We stayed at The Coasthouse for a wet, windy weekend in late October. Despite the terrible weather we were warm, comfortable and had a lovely, family time. As a family of 4 we certainly had enough space and the two lounges, technology throughout the house and well equipped kitchen meant we had plenty of room to spread out but also come together for eating, chatting, games and movies. We had our two dogs with us and the house and garden were ideal for them. A utility room with outside access for wash downs after sandy, muddy walks, easy operate stair gates to stop them getting upstairs and a really secure outside space.
Steve and Sarah have decorated the house beautifully and the welcome hamper was generous and varied - thank you. We also ordered, as an extra, the breakfast hamper via Coquet Cottages which easily fed 4 of us well. Pre visit information from Coquet Cottages was, as usual, first class - we always book with them for Northumberland breaks! The beach at Beadnell is breath-taking and we ate at Beadnell Towers (excellent Sunday lunch and friendly service, professional service), The Craster Arms (more basic pub grub but pleasantly surprised by quality of food) and The Landing which is superb for hot chocolates, coffees, beers and snacks to warm up after the beach!) - all those venues are also dog friendly! We didn't take advantage of the pizza oven, BBQ and outside seating and balcony due to the weather but the The Coasthouse would therefore also be an excellent summer holiday home.

The house from the outside looked stunning, went inside and it blew us away. The kitchen was full of all the mod cons you need, the in house music system is great the large tv exceptional. The bedrooms and lounge on the first floor were exceptional too. Then totally amazed at the master bedroom on the second floor the views were fantastic.
The whole family really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend the house to friends and family.
There are plenty of places to eat close by The Craster Arms Inn, Beadnell towers for takeaway pizza The Bae in Beadnell they are delicious.

We work in IT & even for us who know a little, the tech in kitchen was overcomplicated! Might be better to have simple easy quick guide to get started.

Bedding, pillows not usual high quality & house not as clean as we normally have had. Cleaned all coffee machine inside, washer, filters in tumbler etc all needed emptying & cleaning
