We have just returned from a wonderful week away staying at Binibeca Nou. The villa was superb. We arrived late so the housekeeper had all the lights on ready for us which was very helpful. The location is outstanding. Just a very short walk to the most delightful beach! The villa was immaculately clean throughout and had evidently been recently refurbished. Just returned from a weeks holiday at this resort. What a great time even though the main swimming pool was closed for refurbishment. The indoor pool offered the opportunity for a swim or a dip in the hot tub. Not quite sure why the second outdoor pool was not open for business despite being full of water. I had a refurbished apartment which was first class although the kitchen had a lack of storage for groceries, with every unit used for storage of dishes and kitchen utensils. The staff are a credit to the resort with every member being friendly and helpful
We had a very good 2 week vecation. All you need and much more things are available. Reccomended to family stay.
I’m happy all round. I’d stay there again 100%. Location perfect in Cala de Mijas. Everything I needed minutes away.
Myself and my three sisters stayed in the villa for 11nights and found it to be very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The pool area was very clean and tidy with lots of outdoor seating . The housekeeper,Ted was extremely helpful and efficient. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to return for another stay .
We stayed at this villa for two weeks in the end of April 2024. Group of 7 adults, one two years old and one 9 months. The accommodations was perfect for us. Me and my wife stayed on the upper floor and the kids and grandkids on the lower floor. Each family had their own bedroom. As my son said when we arrived at the villa, I feel like rich and famous. That summons up how we felt about the villa. Only bad part is the location, but if you feel like walking up and down the hill it's perfect.
The villa was very spacious and clean with a nice garden. We were a family of seven, 4 adults, 3 children (ages 4, 8 and 10) The kids ( and adults ) loved the pool and as it is 2mts deep were supervised at all times. The sleeping arrangements worked well with aircon in every room. The beach was less than five minutes away but did get quite crowded. The supermarket was slightly further away with a really good bakery next to it which i would recommend. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. It was very comfortable and well furnished. Loved the choice of outdoor areas to sit and eat or simply enjoy the beautiful views. We would go again. Loved our stay despite there being some traffic noise from the road below. Has a Moroccan feel.
Apartment was beautiful in terms of decoration and the location was fab. Lovely and spacious and had everything you could want for cooking utensils etc. There were only two negatives, the main being the air con. Whilst air con was in all rooms it was on a boost system where you could select 15min/30min/60min and would cut out (on purpose) after the selected duration. Whilst this was fine in May it would not be ok in the summer. Having to get up in the middle of the night and walk through to the hallway to select the Aircon boost for another hour would be very annoying and result in very limite...more
We were greeted at the villa by Mikaela who showed us around and told us how everything worked, she was so helpful and so quick to answer when we had any questions. We found the villa in a perfect condition and very clean, beds made up with fresh linen and plenty of clean towels and also beach towels. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need. The pool is lovely with sunbeds surrounded by pretty gardens and flowers. This apartment needs work! Kitchen - sink mixer tap loose (but was tightened during our stay - still needs repairing), glass plate in microwave does not fit on the turntable, toaster broken(spare supplied by letting company after request), no tupperware type containers for storing food in fridge. Bedroom 1 two small single beds -mattresses very uncomfortable, no curtains or blinds at the window so shutters had to stay down for privacy. Bedroom 2 - sliding door will not lock - possible security issue, shutter pulls wrecked so cannot use shutters. Bathroom with bath ok but glass stand for washb...more
Heerlijk appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een skivakantie met vrienden en familie.
This was our first visit to Paxos and Villa Melissa was very nice. It was very close to Gaois and the port. Our children loved the pool and there were ample arrival items (snacks/water/laundry detergent). A few items that could have made our stay a bit better would be more blankets/sheets, trash/rubbish bags and extra toilet paper. Overall it was very nice and we would recommend others to this villa.
Soverom nr to med bad passet ikke for to voksne, kjøkken lite og uten oppvaskmaskin som beskrevet av leiligheten.følte oss overvåket da vi fant ut at vekkerklokken som var på soverommene innholdt kamera, pluss kamera på takterrassen .og kanskje andre plasser og !!! Kom og plutselig stemmer igjennom høytaleranlegget som virker merkelig, men selve leiligheten var kjekk så vi trivdes tross alt.
Very large, modern and quiet apartment, built with quality materials and close to various shops. Situated along the shore, swimming is possible next to the apartment, but better beaches are just 200m from there. Limited activities in the vicinity.
We spent 1 week at villa Kathleen with the family the villa was very nice but far from luxury as described. The villa has potential but decor was tired and in need of update in several rooms. The pool area is a bit grim, needs plants, flowers and nice lighting to give it some ambience as it lacks a view. There is no outside dining facilities which you would expect in such a large villa. The roof terrace has so much potential having a gorgeous view, however there is no furniture up there, very un-inviting!! We had a great time at Villa Callista - the pool & outdoor area were brilliant and definitely a well stocked kitchen as well. We had 11 people and had more than enough room. The daily cleaning was great & there is aircon in all the bedrooms. The walk into town is about 15 minutes downhill. A member of the landlords family lives on the first floor (separate entrance) but is very connected with the landlord.
Could have done with a welcome pack of hand soap etc. sofas were basic and not comfortable. Everything else was very good and as described.
The house is very equipped. The pool is wonderful. The beach is a 20-minute walk away because you have to cross the road to the other side. But the week has been very good.
location of the villa is excellent! Minor problem with the air conditioning and pool which was partially sorted out very quickly. Unfortunately one of the bedrooms lacked air conditioning , which was a pity as the temperatures were very high during our stay. The only other thing to mention are the steep steps into the property , which when carrying shopping etc. proved a challenge!!!
We really enjoyed our stay in this house with our two little kids. The house had three toilets and bedrooms and a lovely back terrace and garden, which were great with the kids! The house might need a bit of renovation and some more cutlery and linen, but we managed alright. The neibourghs were nice and location was quiet and the beach is near. Bus to Fuengirola is a bit difficult (as often is the case in Spain I've heard), but with bicycles you could ride to town easily too! Our questions were answered quickly enough.
Ideal for families to share with large rooms, plenty of bathrooms and an excellent dining hall as well as other outside sitting areas. A good length well maintained pool for swimming and just splashing about. Plenty to explore or lovely surroundings for doing nothing.
Great place with access to a pool and parking space. Little bit tired in places but provided everything we needed for a great week. Really enjoyed the big outdoor space and BBQ. Plenty of towels, kitchen equipment and spaces to sit A couple of bits to improve- there was a slight musty smell in the drawers so they could do with being aired out and better information about the parking space, back gate and bins would have been nice! Outside of building good.apartment inside very poor.mould in bathroom.fridge freezer leaks water every other day.table broken hinge.bookcase broken shelf.outside chairs broken.settee filthy under the throw.bed dips in the middle.cupbord where hot water tank located filthy.no first aid kit.no fire extinguisher.no smoke alarm all of which required by Spanish law. I have photos of all of the above.
Appartamento al piano terra molto datato in resort immerso nel verde, con piscina e ristorante a pagamento. Splendida location a pochi passi da un piccolo supermercato e panetteria, vicino al centro di Son Bou e alla spiaggia. Location perfetta per chi ama fare passeggiate e preferisce spiaggia attrezzata. L'appartamento è dotato comunque di ombrelloni e sdrai propri. Sarebbero da sostituire i mobili in legno della cucina e i cuscini dei divani !!! Manca tv e lavatrice, se ci si adatta un po' e si considera il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e l'ottima location il soggiorno è perfetto!
