There is no place like Pekes Estate! My friends and I have visited Pekes for 8 years (7 years in a row pre covid, and recently May Bank holiday 2026 during the heatwave. In all those years, the whole estate has never looked so beautiful this year. Kildare, Kerry, Bernie and the whole cleaning team go above and beyond for us each visit. It was the first time we had a glamping site in the ‘Space Field’ next door to the Oast House by Victoria Lily Events (it looked incredibly magical and like our own little festival site). We also hired hay bale rentals around the fire pits by Sussex Party Bales, a Portaloo in the glamping area by Sussex Toilets Ltd and bouncy castles set up near the Pagoda by Bounce hire. All suppliers and flexibility from Kildare made the whole event, one of the best we’ve ever had! 5 stars all round!
There is something truly magical and unique about Pekes, from doing a lot of Party planning for my friends over nearly 20 years or so, I’ve never come across an estate that offers so much with so many facilities. It was the first year we had lots of my friends kids join, they loved the pool, playground and bouncy castles we hired. We also love to decorate the whole estate with lots of homemade bunting and bring our own pool inflatables.
I know the houses can be rented individually, but renting the whole estate, for us, feels like a slice of heaven. We always feel right at home, and that is an absolute testament to the seamless organisation, support and amazing hard work of Kildare and the whole team. I can’t recommend enough hiring at Pekes, if it’s individual houses, or the entire estate, you can be guaranteed that you will visit no place like it on earth!
We can’t wait to return again soon!

What can we say... We had the most amazing and magical stay at Pekes. One we'll never forget. It exceeded our expectations and was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. It was for a big celebration of life and love and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Pekes has it all, for everyone of all ages! 79 year old Grandpa was happy, as was our 1 year old son... And everyone in between. The thoughtful flowers in each house, the grounds and all they have to offer. We would really love to return in the future. To anyone thinking to hire Pekes for either a mini holiday with lots of friends or family, or big celebration I would say don't hesitate to book now, you won't be disappointed and neither will you guests. All the staff were lovely in helping us get the weekend we wanted. We'd waited 16 years to celebrate and we're so glad that we did it this way.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at Pekes House, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue is a charmed, oldy-worldy gem — full of character, beauty, and a magical atmosphere that made our day feel truly special.
A huge shout-out to Amy, who was incredible throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and her warm, helpful nature made us feel completely at ease. The rest of the staff were equally fantastic — friendly, professional, and so accommodating.
All of our guests had an amazing time and couldn’t stop raving about the venue. From the gorgeous setting to the flawless coordination, it was perfect in every way. We’re so grateful to Pekes House for helping us create such unforgettable memories. Highly, highly recommend!

What an amazing stay for me a d 40 friends and family. We had the most amazing time celebrating. Kildare had been extremely helpful during the planning of the weekend. The houses were made up immaculately and the kitchens are well stocked with everything needed to self cater. We swam, danced, laughed, ate, and drank. The weather was fantastic for Oct so we enjoyed the lawn and BBQ facilities. It was a weekend that will live on in our memories. Highly recommend Pekes for your celebrations.

What a fabulous place! The photos do not do the site justice, it is beautiful and so much fun to explore. Our team loved it and would book again tomorrow if we could. Thank you to everyone on site and that has been involved in the booking process, you all made the process very efficient and easy.

Would highly recommend Pekes manor, had a fantastic weekend and will certainly be coming back to stay again. The staff were all great in particular Amy and the houses were all extremely clean.
