It was the location that attracted us to this accommodation as we were attending an engagement in the area, but The Nook proved to be an ideal base for other reasons. It was well cared for and well equipped with everything we needed for our few days away. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and communications were helpful throughout. The gardens are lovely and a relaxing place to unwind in fine weather.
The location is nice and quiet in the private grounds of Downside House with private gated parking. It's well located for visiting local attractions like Bath, Wells and Cheddar, the whole area is great for sightseeing. The accommodation itself is nice and clean, modern and well equipped with all the mod cons, TVs, Wifi, washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc. everything you need to stay like home.
