An extravaganza created with a twinkle in the eye. You'll love the imaginative, luxurious eccentricity of it all. There is 'why not?' a clock from a Russian submarine in the bathroom, with a pig diving into the village pond above the bath. And an array of bathrobes, umbrellas, kitchen equipment, and speakers set into ceilings; press a button on the wall of the sitting room and the sound floods in. The space is both immaculate and generous: a long, light hall and huge sitting/dining room with a terrific fireplace (all the logs you need) and a sculpture above it. We enjoyed a lovely relaxing week in the Shropshire Hills. The cottage is very comfortable with a quiet, secluded seating area up the garden. The Hosts were attentive without being intrusive and the welcome bottle of fizz and cake was a nice touch. As the night grew cooler, the log burner kept the place toasty. Lots to see and do around the area. All in all, a nice break for us
