Of all the holiday cottages that we have ever stayed in, this beats them all, in every aspect. Suzanne looks after all the small details, that make such a hugh difference! She herself, is charming and helpful. The property is furnished to a high standard, beautiful linens, comfy beds, lots of hot water, heating that is under your own control. This farmhouse is absolutely beautiful and in the most perfect location for exploring wonderful Perthshire. The views from all the windows were so good for the soul, there was plenty of room for everyone and it was very well equipped and comfortable for a large group.
Excellent holiday cottage clean tidy and very comfortable and warm! Also a great location for our interest in exploring the hills. The owners live next door and were most welcoming and helpful. We would definatly recommend this cottage.
Perfect accommodation with stunning gardens. Well above what we expected, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful decor, spacious rooms, great outdoor space & super friendly hosts.
Lovely stay, house is perfect for a winter stay warm & dry after wet/cold walks, views are stunning. Arrival was not good but the rest of the stay was fabulous. We arrived in a storm, it happens. We would have appreciated a little more help after arriving to a power cut (that had been known since 10am) & torrential storm after a 9hr journey. Only a single torch in the house & no candles or torches in the bedrooms (as detailed in the visitor info). Lived up to expectations from photographs. Beautifully designed and super comfortable. Wildlife sightings : Red squirrel and winter coated stoat in garden.
Comfortable accommodation with great views. Ideal for 4/6 people, 8 could be busy! Local road closures throughout the week were a pain. Kenmore is undergoing considerable redevelopment and could be overwhelmed as tourists increase. However, the property isn’t affected but, is uphill so may not suit everyone. There is only one hairdryer in the property so recommend you take your own. Thoroughly, enjoyable stay and would recommend!
Lovely big house, close to town centre. Enclosed garden and plenty of walks from the property. Would come again

We have stayed in Kenmore and River view cottage a number of times over the past 10 years, the house and location are great highly recommend!
Really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable and we would like to stay there again sometime - probably a little later in the season when the autumn colours will be at their best. Here are the suggestions we have to make the quality of your guest's stay even a little better. Have a sign on the property itself to say that it is Ghillies Cottage - it is not obvious.
